We are looking for experienced mortgage brokers who want to maximise their earning potential by working with one of the best independent estate agencies in the area
By working in one of the Balgores offices you can create excellent working relationships with the branch team, local community and be able to help all the applicants, viewers and vendors we work with.
We offer competitive basic salaries (ranging from £28,000 up to £40,000 dependant on your experience)
Commission (with no threshold barriers) from 15% to 50%
Quarterly bonuses, competitions and awards
The biggest appeal in working with Balgores is high level and standards of leads and booked appointments provided by the office teams.
You get assistance with admin and case management so you can focus on speaking to and helping new customers and have access to a fully integrated diary, CRM and sourcing system to help you.
