I had a truly legendary experience with Balgores, especially Saoire at the Romford branch!
After a difficult and quite unfair experience with the Dagenham branch, I decided to contact the main Romford office to raise my concerns. From the moment Saoire answered the phone, everything changed. Not only did she take the time to listen and understand my situation, but she also went above and beyond to help me move forward.
She secured a viewing for a property in Dagenham that I had been struggling to access and what really stood out was her professionalism and honesty: After discussing my needs in detail, she suggested that I might be better suited to a different property and arranged an additional viewing for a house in Harold Hill.

This was my first time selling a property and it was a difficult situation as I was selling with an ex partner with limited communication between us. Richard handled this excellently, being very understanding, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were given an accurate quote, unlike the inflated quotes we received elsewhere – in a bid to secure our business- which I really appreciated. The marketing was very effective and we had frequent, honest feedback. We had lots of viewings and I really got the impression that the whole team was working hard together to get us a sale- no matter who answered the phone in the sales team I would be dealt with professionally and cheerfully!

From my side, it just felt like I was properly looked after throughout the process.
