We have dealt with Andrew a couple of times and knew when we were planning on selling again that we would invite Balgores to quote for our move. As usual Andrew was honest and realistic, he knows the market well and what is achievable. The process was smooth and communication was excellent, photographs of the property were excellent and all of the team at Balgores were on hand to help with any questions. I will definitely consider Balgores, Andrew and his team in the future.

A truly excellent experience in selling our property with Deepuk & Arif. Professional, but friendly and approachable. Preliminary screening of interested parties was meticulous, with a quick sale and a speedy completion, even with the 2 week Xmas break in the mix. This was accomplished mainly by Donna, responsible for sales progression and who made our sale and purchase transactions seamless.
