I have had an amazing experience dealing with Balgores , I was trying to sell my flat and struggling for long time , even went multi agent and Balgores were the one, who found the buyer, the best thing about the team was they would keep me posted every week on how things were moving , provide timely updates , suggest me new idea to get more traction, and helped me throughout the process, they followed up with buyer , their and my solicitors both. A very positive experience. Allanah, Sam and Richard were all very professional. We achieved a quick sale for the price we wanted. Balgores also operate the Gazeal reservation agreement, which was very useful for us. However, I would recommend contacting the Gazeal directly for full information on how to best utilise the agreement.

Cannot recommend Balgores (Hornchurch Branch) enough!! Since the offer was accepted it has been quick, smooth and very communicative from start to finish. As with everything there are some delays which are completely out of anyone’s control however, Donna has been fantastic in the progression department. She has made this whole process simple by maintaining regular contact and updating us where applicable. We recently completed our move which was part of a chain of six. Marie kept us constantly updated and was proactive in obtaining information, chasing where appropriate. We would have no hesitation in recommending Balgores.
