Purchased our first home with the help of Balgores Estate Agents, and the experience was excellent — especially thanks to Oskar Evans. He was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond.

Oskar consistently followed up on our case, checked in on us throughout the process, and was always positive, supportive, and genuinely helpful.

Thank you so much again for all your support! ☺️

Brilliant experience with this estate agents, Chen in paticular made the experience of finding a new rental property extremely smooth & easy. He was extremely approachable and polite throughout.

We have had an amazing experience with Balgores throughout the letting process. It has been as stress free as possible. Staff have always been excellent with communication and have had a lot of patience with all our questions being new to the renting world. We are extremely grateful.

Special thanks to Ben Vainola:

Ben has gone above and beyond for me and my partner. Has answered all questions we have had with patience and kindness. Has even answered questions out of hours. Ben Is a credit to the company.

Absolutely fantastic. I met with several agencies in gravesend, Andrew was extremely fair and accurate in his pricing of our property. Whilst others gave me very high sale prices (which I found hard to believe), Andrews was one of the lowest. Skeptical at the time, I went with it because I realised it was realistic and priced to sell, which is what mattered most to us – getting the job done. From there, handed over to Frank, Jordan and the team who were equally excellent. Regular comms, fast working, and diligent. I cannot recommend the entire team at Balgores Gravesend enough. Thank you to Frank et al for moving us onto our new home.
