Stay away from balgores!
Disgusting in there attitude. I called up 9am this morning and recieved an email around 2pm stating a contractor should be in contact.

I was then expected to up and leave work to accommodate to an engineer in an hour and 15 minutes.

We was then told if we didnt take this slot it would be at our responsibility to pay for someone to do it.

Disgusting, disgraceful and left without a toilet, sink, and showers.

Very friendly team especially Nikola who has been helping us find the right property

Nikola is a great asset to the team and I highly recommend her and the team at balgores

Would highly recommend Nikola and her team who have been supporting us in finding the right property

From the first call to enquire about the availability of the property, the team has been pleasant to speak to and work with

Special thanks to Ben Vainola:

He has been quite helpful, patient to explain the whole process and fees. Also hands on to see that the rental process went smoothly

Ben was very prompt and professional in dealing with our enquiry for the property. He kept us abreast with all the processes.

I was pleased with the way Nikloa handled my account. I was always well-informed about the process. Balgores is a very professional company and Nikloa has been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. It doesn’t come better than this for service. Well done all and a massive thank you from me.

Nikola at Balgore’s Dagenham has gone above and beyond in letting out my property in weeks. She provided honest and professional advice, kept me updated at all times and took the lead in finalising the tenancy. I cannot recommend her enough as a landlord and Balgore’s are lucky to have her!

Dear All,

Balgores Agency is the best agency I have ever dealt with! Bobbi and her entire team are amazing—they have always been incredibly helpful, and the property I rented was comfortable, and in great condition. I would love to have more experiences with them in the future.

Once again, thank you for being so kind and for providing such excellent service!

Warm regards,
Ana

I have being using Balgores now for many years in regard to my 2x rental properties. To be perfectly honest i have personally found Balgores to be extremely excellent at what they do. They deal with the whole process from cradle to grave. I was always kept up to date on where things were and the paper trail was dealt with perfectly. I want to give a special massive thank you to Nikola. She is a major credit to your company. Fantastic to deal with, friendly and professional. I have recently moved into my first rental property. After speaking to lot of agents I gound a flat with Balgores. Michael showed me the property and was on hand to answer any questions I had. He made things so easy and nothing was too much trouble. I was very anxious about the move but Michael and his team eased my nerves and made things so much easier.
I would definitely recommend Michael and his team at Balgores Basildon Lettings to anyone that is looking for their new home.
Thank you so much!!
