Genuinely the worst estate agent I have dealt with in my 5-6 years of private renting The property manager Jo is genuinely pointless to speak to and very unprofessional she constantly interrupts you when talking over the phone and ignores the law when it comes to the property’s she manages. I cannot understand why a company would operate in the manner that this company has since we have been with them. Very little issue with the property, some of which include not having a fitted fire alarm, was an argument to get sorted and in most cases wasn’t sorted. Jo told us that the person who first dealt with us was no longer in the company but that was then later found out to be a lie and when confronted about that she lied again by saying she never said that even tho we have an email from her stating that.
If you are looking to private rent please avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy endless headaches and constant lies. We will be putting through a complaint with their business due to the unprofessional and frankly unpleasant experience we have had.
If you do go with this estate agent only email them never call them as you will more than likely have to take them to court and will need all the evidence you can get to stop them lying to cover themselves.

I had a brilliant experience with Balgores Chelmsford. This was my first time selling a property and it was a difficult situation as I was selling with an ex partner with limited communication between us. Richard handled this excellently, being very understanding, professional, knowledgeable and approachable. We were given an accurate quote, unlike the inflated quotes we received elsewhere – in a bid to secure our business- which I really appreciated. The marketing was very effective and we had frequent, honest feedback. We had lots of viewings and I really got the impression that the whole team was working hard together to get us a sale- no matter who answered the phone in the sales team I would be dealt with professionally and cheerfully!
Once we had a buyer the team continued to go above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend choosing Balgores to sell your property and would definitely use them again.

I recently bought a property in Dagenham, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. Femi, the manager, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process — always professional, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions. He made the whole journey much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciate the support and guidance from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Poor service. If you don’t take their brokers and solicitors where they can make extra commission they don’t sell you the property. Avoid.
