Extremely Happy with how the sale of my house went. Balgores, and especially Allanah, have been superb. It’s my first experience of selling a house and I had been warned of how much you have to chase, but this wasn’t the case with Allanah. She provided constant updates and the communication was the stand out for me, as selling a house can be very stressful. Thank you for making it run so smoothly.

I have been dealing with Daniel Lawrence for quite some time now and i find him to be extremely efficient and very responsive, even in emergency situations.
Highly recommend both he and Balgores.

Quick process and really help out very well

I had an excellent experience with balgores. The team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the entire process. They acted quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was sorted in time for me to move into my flat before starting my new job. Communication was clear and consistent, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole experience. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough – thank you for helping me settle in so swiftly!

Andre did an amazing job helping us view and move in to our new place. Couldn’t recommend him, Daniella and Balgores more!

Throughout the whole process of searching for a house Michael was fantastic and he really did go the extra mile to help me in securing a property.

Compared to other local agents I have dealt with I would definitely say that Michael really stood out from other agents I dealt with. He was in regular communication with me, was professional and gave me regular updates on the process. He also had a really personal touch and he just came across like he cares.

Securing a rental property is a stressful business and Michael was brilliant and help made the process run smoothly and and stress free as possible.

Michael is definitely a huge asset to Balgores and his team. It’s clear he is passionate about his job and cares about the clients he works with and making sure he consistently provides the best service possible.

A huge thank you to Marie and Paul at Balgores South Woodham Ferrers! They were both excellent and supported us all the way through our house purchase. Marie kept us updated and chased things when needed, while Paul was always helpful and reassuring. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to their hard work and communication. We couldn’t recommend the team highly enough!

I can’t thank Paul, Marie and Clare enough for handling the sale of my late father’s property which at times was very fraught through no fault of them or us. They always kept me up to date and always replied to any queries I had promptly which helped to ease the stress big time. I always felt that they had everything covered and the many viewings outside of South Woodham were always carried out efficiently, always notifying me in advance when they would be carried out.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Balgores.

I would highly recommend Balgores Upminster. The team were all very helpful and friendly which made the process of moving easier to manage. Abbie in particular was very attentive and always checking in with me along the way. Thanks Abbie!

Had a lovely experience with Reece he was so kind, helpful and professional – a real credit to the Balgores team
