These estate agents are chancers, do not trust. Additionally, it is disappointing when the local estate agent does not understand the area’s geography, Romford is London.

Nikola has been great to fiind our new home

This is my first time using Balgores in relation to my rental property. I dealt with Nikola and found her very professional and friendly in every way. Viewing my property went well and Nikola was very informative. She found me tenants quickly and dealt with everything efficiently, keeping me updated along the way. I will certainly recommend Nikola and Balgores and look forward to a continued good relationship.

I’ve rented a property through this agency and the only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent. When it comes to fixing problems that arise in the property that’s another story. Over 3 weeks now I’m unable to use the sink in the bathroom. On the rental payment day I will get a text message from them every hour until I pay rent but can’t get support when I’m in need of it. Don’t expect the same service when you’re in the property.

I was entertained by james, very professional and friendly behaviour. Great service, definitely recommended for any kind of property dealings.

I was a tenant at a property managed by Balgores, now I’m a tenant elsewhere with a different estate agent. I can confirm that Balgores were terrible as property managers. Think twice.

We recently bought our property through Balgores Romford, and I honestly can’t recommend them enough — especially Oskar, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Outstanding service from start to finish (nearly)!

I first used Balgores (Basildon) back in 2018 when purchasing my property, and they were absolutely fantastic. So, when it came time to sell recently, there was no hesitation — I went straight back to them.

Within just a week of listing, my house was sold! Unfortunately, my initial buyer had to pull out due to issues in their own chain (completely out of Balgores’ control), but Joe and his team were incredible. They immediately arranged new viewings, and within six days of going back on the market, I had four or five offers — and accepted one!

Over the past few months, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Georgia Yexley, my sales progressor. She has been nothing short of amazing — professional, patient, and relentless in pushing the sale forward. It’s been a long and sometimes stressful process (again, no fault of Balgores), but Georgia has been there every step of the way, offering advice, reassurance, and a lot of hard work behind the scenes. Even when I’ve been frustrated, she’s handled everything with kindness and understanding.

With completion now just days away, I can honestly say the team at Balgores Basildon have been outstanding throughout. I can’t thank them enough — especially Georgia — for their dedication and support.

Charlie who initially met us and onboarded us, making sure we knew all of our options after valuation. And lastly to Louise who was a beast in aiding getting the sale through!
