Chris Ping and I seemed to get along right from the moment we met. In fact, after he first took a look at 2 of my rental properties to value them, it was a number of months before they were properly available to the market. When they did, Chris made everything seem very easy to understand. His confidence in his job to reassure me of the rent levels was very useful for my decision to use Balgores. Of course, even though there was confidence in the beginning, it was not fully appreciated until the results came. Chris was proved to be right both with the increased rents over the other agents in the area and the quality of the tenant. You feel like Chris and his team have an investment in the situation, along with long term customer relationships being at the forefront of what they do. Really good experience selling through Balgores Upminster. Ricky and the rest of the sales team were very professional and good at communicating and realistic with sale expectations and sold property fast. Donna the Sales Progressor was also great and kept things moving.
