Unprofessional – I called for information on a newly marketed property. The female that I spoke to took my details and said it would be sent in the next few days. Nothing came. Then saw thr property had made it to the website. Rang the office, and male agent had no idea about my enquiry and my details were not registered. Agent not really proactive; really got the feeling he was not interested.
