Had a difficult time finding the house to rent but Balgores Lettings in Basildon branch didn’t disappoint. Within few days we had a house to live and all the process went so smooth. I sent in an email as I had a property to let. Michael from Balgores responded quickly and arranged to meet me at the property within a few days. The process and cost were explained and any questions were immediately answered. Tenants were found within a day or 2 and everything that was promised was delivered.

Ben Vainola marketed our rental property and found new tenants very quickly. He explained the process clearly.
