Fantastic experience and excellent service. I’m writing this review as a non client Joe at Balgores Brentwood is the agent for my buyer. Joe is polite, honest, professional and a genuinely lovely person. If he says he will get back to you, he will no matter how busy he is. He has a “get it done” attitude which is what you need when buying/selling a property. Joe kept me informed on the progress of my sale and how the chain was progressing. It wasn’t the easiest at times but he remained positive. He was talking to everyone in the chain from the bottom to the top, which was me the non client. In my opinion every Estate Agent should have a Joe. I would definitely recommend Balgores Brentwood especially Joe 🙂 thank you for a job well done 👏 ☺️ I can’t wait to put a face to the voice 🙂

We sold our house using Balgores and from the beginning Paul was on the ball. We had lots of viewings in a short period of time and the staff in the office kept us informed at all times. Once the property was sold Marie the Sales Progressor was great acting as intermediary between clients solicitors and other agents in the chain. We were always kept up to date with how things were progressing along the chain and this helped us immensely. I would definitely recommend these agents. They did a fabulous job for us.

From start to finish the Balgores team have been first class. Friendly, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I give these comments as someone who worked in customer service within the Financial Services Industry for over 40 years. The team also made great efforts to assist me when my conveyancing agents were being less then helpful. You will not get better customer service.

Ms Terry, you have to be one of the most diligently communicative professionals I’ve ever worked with. Buying a home is no small matter. You kept us updated in advance when the other viewing got cancelled. We were impressed by your hard work and kind gesture (showed us the house before the scheduled time so we didn’t wait that long outside in the rain). I wish there were more estate agents like Ms Terry – keen to build a relationship with her prospective clients and grow her employer’s brand, instead of taking it as a mere corner store transaction.
I would definitely avoid those ‘quirk’y, lazy and greasy estate agents as there are far better/professionals like Balgores Wickford out there. Many thanks
