Excellent company for dealing with your property sale. Professional , courtesy and attentive. I can’t fault the process from listing to completion. Fabulous photos, video and online listing. All the staff are of a high standard. I have no hesitation in giving my full recommendation for Balgores.

My fiance and I have recently moved into a rental property which was managed by Balgores Hayes. Jake Coldwell truly went above and beyond in assisting us with any questions we had, with timely and efficient responses. The process was extremely easy and anything we were unsure of, Jake was quick to help and provide any reassurances. If we do decide to move homes, whether it be another rental or buying, I would absolutely refer back to these guys as they have gained my total trust and I know what a great service they provide. I would 100% recommend.

A really good service from the lettings team, particularly the Regional Lettings Manager, Paul Loding. It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!

On our search for a new home we have been dealing with Ewan and he has been a fantastic help. We feel like he actually listens to our feedback when trying to find us the right property and he is open, honest and friendly which is refreshing and makes him a pleasure to deal with.

Salesman phones me up 6 months after a consultation (where we came to the conclusion that we are not ready to sell and will get in contact if when we are ready). First thing he says is “I need houses are you selling” bit rude and so was the tone of his voice, was clear he was just after commission. Won’t be going with Balgores after this interaction.

They was really great and quick! We sold our property with them and also bought with them and it was fast and not stressful! Billie was great and helped out loads along the way

Don't use these people. I'm currently in a chain of 4, where balagores are the agent for 3. Their agent Dan has continually miss informed and mislead my selling agent and he never return calls to my agent in a timely fashion.

Pete Walker and Claire Dartnell are invaluable to anyone looking for a mortgage and the level of personalised expert service they have provided us has been by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a mortgage broker. Pete was highly recommended as a mortgage broker by a friend and it was the best decision we made. Pete and Claire were both fantastic and went above and beyond for us on so many occasions. Pete has an huge amount of experience which was priceless to us as we had a complex leasehold sale as well as the onwards purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and he even sought advice about our sale from his trusted contacts (solicitors and other brokers) to help us with our sale. He made the mortgage application completely stress free and was incredibly knowledgable and realistic about it and we couldn’t be more grateful. Claire has been amazing and was constantly in contact with our solicitors to get updates on both our sale and purchase which was amazing. Thank you both so much!

Despite a challenging property market and a pathetic attempt at being gazundered days before exchange, Joe and his team steered us through 7 months of turmoil, in what should have been the most straightforward of sales. Still, we got there in the end with a buyer far more professional and worthy of securing the purchase. Joe remained positive and always made himself available and kept us in the loop right up to completion.
