An excellent service, I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale and all of my calls were returned promptly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Trevor in particular was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in using Balgores again and would highly recommend them.

A good level of service from Simon and Jess at Balgores in Romford. I would definitely recommend them as as an estate agent and if we move again in the future this would be our first port of call to sell our property.

From the minute we first spoke to Howard to now (2 days after getting the keys) it has been such a pleasure to deal with him and also the rest of the staff in the Upminster office whenever we have called or popped in.
Having had a bad experience in the past with letting agents it is so nice to deal with such a professional, prompt agency as Balgores. We know that if we ever need to speak with Balgores over any issue that we are confident it will be dealt with.

I contacted Balgores with regards to renting out my property and they managed to secure a tenant with 24 hours of it going on the market with the offer being at the full rate asked. Very good service and I would highly recommend Balgores.

From my first dealings with Balgores i have dealt with Rob.. He has been nothing but efficent, helpful, understanding and always resolves any queiries or questions i’ve had. I was introduced to Balgores by my daughter who had previously sold a similar property through that company. Richard was absolutely fantastic in every respect. Everything that i asked from him was done imminently and very efficiently. I was kept up to date at all times during the sale via email and was also telephoned on important issues as soon as anything arised. After dealing with Bairstow & Eves and other estate agents i must add that Balgores service was by far the best and the others wasnt even near in comparison. Max arranged for a number of viewings. These had to be assisted viewings as I already had tenants in the flat. He was courteous to the tenants. When the previous tenants left, at the end of their tenancy, Max continued to show prospective tenants around. He always responded promptly to any messages or queries I had, whether by phone or by e-mail. He was efficient, patient, courteous and helpful to me whenever I had any queries at any stage. Including when processing the final arrangements for the tenant to move in. I very much appreciated his approach and his professionalism.

Richard & Carolyn were exceptional. Martin saved us thousands of pounds on the property that we purchased and Richard saved a us thousands more during the sale of our property. i

I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. I had a particularly stressful sale, but throughout the whole process I felt supported by not just Trevor who was my primary contact, but by the entire team of James, Tim and Stuart. If Trevor wasn’t in for any reason, one of the others would always pick up my query and because of their record keeping always knew at what point the sale process was at.

Actually finding a buyer for my house was done very quickly and thanks to some good negotiating, I was offered the asking price.

They were all extremely friendly, extremely professional and always available. Trevor in particular was always prepared to go the extra mile when chasing solicitors through the chain and was excellent at keeping me updated on where we were at.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the excellent service offered by Balgores Upminster I relation to the recent sale of my house. Their professionalism was outstanding. From the feed back from viewings through to arranging completion dates and helping me find a removal firm, nothing was too much trouble. Their system for logging calls which also emails you details of your conversation means that you are never in doubt as to your exact position. The system also means that when you return a missed call from them, anyone on the team can deal with your call, saving so much time if the original caller is now engaged elsewhere. They are a friendly, professional team who minimise the stress associated with moving house.

As first-time buyers we were learning as we went and balgores put us at ease. Sean was the first agent to show us round a house and then offer several other houses in the area. He was prepared with specs of houses and showed knowledge of the area.
We dropped in at the shop a couple of times and they always made time for us. James also kept us up to date on progress by calling regularly and returning our calls quickly. They also assisted when we experience some issues during the process.

We instructed Balgores to sell our house. From the outset the staff were very professional but carried a friendly demeanour, making them very approachable. They didn’t display the stereo typical image of an Estate Agent and we never felt pressurised into making rash decisions. Once the ‘chain’ was complete they kept us informed of not only our direct progress but also the position of all other parties which could potentially affect our sale. Although a very stressful period, we felt comfortable in the knowledge that Balgores was acting in our best interest and I would never have any hesitation in recommending family or friends to instruct them to deal with any prospective house sale.
