Ben (and Paul) were very professional dealing with our recent Sale/Purchase. The demeanour of the sales approach and marketing of the highest quality allowed us to move quickly and at the best price. Post-sale Matthew and team worked tirelessly on the transaction through to completion, always approachable and responsive. From start to finish, the journey with Balgores Hayes in selling my house has been nothing but outstanding. From the very first day when one of the Directors Paul Hayes arrived at my house to give me a thorough overview of the market, and advsing me of a guide price to market my home, I knew I had made the right choice in choosing Balgores Hayes. From that day on, both Lee and Matt in the office kept in regular contact, and I even received a thorough monthly analysis of how many people had viewed my property online, which I through was amazing. Within 3 months on the house being Marketed, Paul Hayes called me to advise of an offer which was at the asking price. Even post the agreed fee with the buyer, Balgores have assisted me all the way throughout the process, and to be honest without their invaluable support I am not sure we would be where we are today.

I found Balgores to be very proactive and helpful from the start. They priced the property appropriately and were certain that it would sell quickly and aggressively marketed the flat to acheive the sale. Even when an original deal fell through they sold the property again within a week, which was fantastic work on their behalf. Ollie, Joe, Ben and Matt did a great job for me and i would thoroughly recommend them.

Both Ben and Matthew were extreemly polite and both were knowlegable aout their parts of the business. Ben showed us around a couple of prospective properties and we founds him to be helpful and was able to find the answers to our questions and concerns.
Matt helped to proceed the sale to completion which was a mamout task but his ability to work with the other Agents and fee earners in the chain and his tenacity paid off and we finally got the house. A great team and a company that I woudl have no qualms in recommending

It was a pleasure buying my property through Balgores Hayes, my only regret was not selling my property with them as well. Joe constantly kept me updated throughout the process of my purchase and seemed to know more about what going on with everything more than anyone else did., and certainly helped push things forward with getting exchange. Everyone I met from the Balgores Hayes estate agents were really friendly and I plan to use them for when I sell my property next.

My partner and myself were very happy with the service that we received from balgores Basildon. They were just as concerned as us about getting our sale through as we had a few hiccups along the way but the way balgores dealt with them was brilliant.

I just wanted to say that Balgores Hayes were a pleasure to deal with and not only got me viewings straight away, they managed to negotiate a price for my home that I didn’t think was possible.
Lee’s knowledge of the local area together with a great set of marketing details meant my property attracted interest straight away. It was then over to Negotiator Ollie who accompanied the viewings for us and we not only got feedback quickly but Ollie managed to negotiate an offer above the asking price from a non dependant buyer. After accepting the offer we dealt with another knowledgable & helpful member of staff called Matthew who liaised with ourselves & the solicitors and kept us updated right upto exchange of contracts. I have just sold my house & have been extremely please with the way everything was handled from the start to the finish. Very professional & effecient, kept me up to date every step of the way. Fantastic personal service from Richard Burns. Even responded to emails on his day off well past 9:30pm to get our purchase over the line. He understands full well that moving house can be stressful and does everything to facilitate a stress-free move. Richard put up with my frequent phonecalls always with a smile and a laugh. Thoroughly brilliant service – would and have recommended to my friends. Cannot say that about many agents!

I would like to say that all the staff at Balgores Hayes were very pleasant, and Lee Davey was very helpful indeed. He offered to send papers through to the solicitor for me and he telephoned them several times to keep everything moving along. He has a cheerful and positive attitude. Well done Lee!

Joe is like a ‘breath of fresh air’. I’ve dealt with many estate agents over the years and I found him to be the best. Very easy to talk to and always available to take my calls, nothing is too much trouble for him, he has extensive knowledge of the property market and I would say prospective buyers would also like his relaxed, but professional approach. Many thanks to Clive Ellison for finding me a super property and efficiently handling all the negotiations leading to the purchase. I put in a discounted offer and to Clives credit I know he asked the vendors if they would like to ask for a higher bid. However, they accepted my offer and everyone was happy.

I found Dean Foley extremely pleasant to deal with as he explained the issues relating to Landlords obligations and leases. If you are thinking of becoming a Landlord I would recommend you talk to Dean.

The service i have recieved has been excellent. Having bought a property from Pink Residential, you can certainly see the difference from one end of the scale to the next. Balgores were there every step of the way, from having someone take all of your viewings for you, to Sarah chasing and keeping you updated after you have accepted the order until completion day. James was extremely informative and fair prior to putting the house of the market, making sure we had all of the info needed to make the right decision. We found that Pink residential do not offer any of these services, even down to the people we bought from having to wait at the property we bought to hand over the keys! I would definately use Balgores again as we just have the peace of mind that everything that can be done is and its being done correctly.

We actually bought and sold through Balgores Low – always courteous, informative and diligent. We always knew what was going on, even through the fraught, stressful time of losing our buyer. Clive found us a buyer almost immediately because he knew our situation on both sides and only actual interested parties so as not to waste time. When he wasn’t around Dean was briefed accordingly and the coverage was seamless.

Joshua was very fair with his fee structure, amending a previously less advantageous structure. He always returns emails very promptly. I had one particular problem of which he kept me constantly updated.

When Matthew first came to view the property we intended to rent, he was positive and was accurate in the rental we could achieve and did achieve for the property.
Matthew was very selective regarding potential tenants and in fact did not allow a couple of people who wished to rent the property to take on the tenancy.
However, a suitable tenant has been found and has moved in. Although it is early days, I am sure everything will be fine and I have confidence in Matthew managing the tenancy on our behalf.

I have used Raymond as a first contact at Balgores over a period of 4 years. He was very proffesional throughout. From finding me a tenant to contacting me if it became necessary for a meeting to discuss . Any rental or maintenance issue I should know about. No problems at all over the four year period.
