I initially bought my property through Ben and based on this experience was happy to re-instruct the team to sell the property after completion of a refurbishment program. The professionalism and efficiency with which Ben and Lee dealt with the sale of my property was excellent. I would not hesitate to use Balgores Hayes again to purchase or sell a property.

The Balgores team (Trevor, Tim and Sarah) who dealt with the sale of our property were outstanding and professional in all aspects. Trevor had valued our property and unlike the other agents we felt that he was very honest and open with his valuation. Tim the negotiator who sold our property was very informative and never failed to ring us with an update/feedback on how the viewings went, I must state that Tim was always on hand to accompany all viewings not once did we have to show someone around, again this was something Balgores offered that no other agent could. Sarah Oakley is an absolute star, very hard working and was the sole point of contact once the sale was agreed. She never failed to deliver, always chasing, emailing and calling the relevant parties to complete the sale. Im sure that if sarah was ever to leave Balgores shell be pretty much Irreplaceable.

The overall experience from Balgores was 1st class. Sarah especially did amazing with negotiating between the three different solicitors! She got us to a position of completion before Xmas. Would highly recommend…

when we first contacted balgores to market our property we had recently had a bad experience with another agent. Brad came round and immediately made us feel more positive, he was friendly and not pushy like we had previously experienced. Throughout our sale Brad worked endlessly to make sure that things worked out even though we lost a buyer and had to quickly find another, and then just before exchange when things could have really gone wrong Brad worked constantly trying to keep it all together, we are so grateful to Brad and would recommend him again and again to anyone who wanted to sell their house. we found Brad to be friendly, professional and very good at his job.

Max is a very polite, amenable and courteous agent. He worked hard to assist me to find a suitable new home. It has been my experience that agents in the Lettings department are not always as amenable or helpful as they are in Sales. Max proved this to be not the case with Balgores. He went the ‘extra mile’ to help me in every way that he could.
This was so helpful as this is a very stressful time for me as I am going through a divorce. So, instead of the move being an unbearable experience, it is now exciting.

Both Michael and Caroline have been excellent and very much earned their fee! We saw Michael four times to arrange mortgages for three properties over 1 year (two of which fell through along the way) and he was helpful and sympathetic as we faced numerous disappointments.

Balgores are the first estate agents I have ever used who remained involved in the progress of the sale to it’s completion. What seemed like a straightforward sale with no chain on either side, turned out to be a prolonged and difficult process. Balgores were absolutely brilliant, managing to keep my buyer placated whilst checking with the various solicitors that were involved, and keeping me up to date with progress. Both Nic and Sarah showed the utmost patience and diplomacy whilst also managing to move things along when necessary. I do feel that the sale may well have failed if it were not for their involvement. I have absolutely no reservation about recommending Balgores to other customers, and would not hesitate to use them for future house sales. We have no hesitation in recommending Michael and Caroline. The advice received about the different types of mortgage and then the possible providers turned out to be perfect for us. There was no problem with the process and timeliness of getting a mortgage offer and in the end we feel that we have a mortgage product that is absolutely right for us. Throughout the process this came through as being the priority for Michael rather than the fees that he would receive (and which he was completely up front about).
