Joe Hayes came to value my property after my sale fell through for the 2nd time with another agent. He was understanding and truthful about what needed to be done to sell my property. I had a number of viewers the first weekend and agreed a sale with the first viewer. I have been kept up to date at all stages of my sale. I feel Balgores offer good old fashioned values and an excellent service to their customers compared to the other agents that I have dealt with in Brentwood and Shenfield.

We recently purchased our property using Balgores – Southernhay Branch and were very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and dedication of the team. We recently sold and bought our properties through Balgores and found the service first class. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan, even showing people around on his day off! His sales technique was professional but not pushy.

We recently purchased our first property using Balgores. Everything was easy and simple. Sarah dealt with our purchase and she kept us updated regularly. If we ever needed to find out any information from the seller Sarah would sort it out straight away for us. Tim was also a great help when we first put an offer in on the house. We were originally buying a property through Hilbery Chaplin but Balgores were a lot more efficient.

I have dealt with Balgores in Basildon for many years and always receive an excellent service. Most recently I purchased a new home and although the process took longer than usual (being over the Christmas period) I would like to thank Sarah Oakley for all her hard work when dealing with this purchase. We had a difficult buyer in terms of mortgage approval, but Brad was very professional and very patient and diligent in making sure that at the end of the day the sale will go through. We were not in the country during the sale but he make sure that we are well informed and aware of every details and status of the transaction. He work even after office hours just to make sure things will happen. Based on his experienced he can somehow predict the outcome of any given situation related to the sale. And most of the time he is accurate. We were about to give up on the sale, but thanks to his intuition and expert advice we did not and at the end of the day, after long and struggling situation manage to sell the property. Michael arranged our remortgage for the third time, together with a new life insurance policy and we had no hesitation in returning to him for advice this time. He always explains everything in detail and goes through pros and cons of different products answering any questions we have (no matter how many times we ask!). He is extremely friendly and approachable and you never feel like you’re taking up his time. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will continue to use him in the future for any further advice or financial products that we may need.
Caroline is Michael’s assistant and keeps us up to date with progress by phone. Again she is very friendly and easy to talk to and it is a pleasure to deal with them both.

Michael and Caroline were a huge help from start to finish. A very long and difficult move was made much easier by them! Excellent mortgage advice from Michael and Caroline was amazing chasing some very difficult solicitors and estate agents for us. Recommended them to my sister and she is equally as pleased!

I can not praise highly enough the service that I received from Alex and the team at Balgores. The viewing wasn’t straightforward thanks to there being no electricity at the property. A viewing in the dark with the aid of two iPhone torches was a first for us both. Alex managed the viewing and all of the tenancy procedure without any hitches and was ALWAYS available to answer the many queries I had. I would not hesitate to use Balgores again.

Caroline was very helpful and thorough in explaining the whole process of the mortgage application and then going on to liaise with the mortgage company and my solicitor handling the purchase of the property, keeping me informed at all times.

The whole experience was made super easy for me. From the first phone call to the moving in day all ran extremely well and Max did far beyond what I expected from him. Matt worked extremely hard to find good tenants for me in a very short period. The whole experience was handled professionally and uncomplicated. Trevor and Sian kept me up to date with property maintenance matters in a friendly and convenient manner. Both again were a pleasure to deal with.
Tim worked hard to find a buyer for my property. Despite some leasehold complications a buyer was found. Sarah kept me regularly up to date with the progress of the sale via email and pursuing both solicitors to completion. I would definitely recommend using he Balgores Basildon Branch.

We sold and purchased properties through Balgores Upminster and from the start Richard and Daniel couldn’t have done more. They kept us in the loop at every stage and did everything they could to move the process forward.
