Very efficient as we were in a survey race and we got ours booked within hours. Good team work with The administrator who kept us updated. They were both always available when needed.

There was good communication with the team at Balgores and were very helpful. Which made it a pleasent experience as it was my first house buying experence. A great team and i would recommend to those wanting to buy a house.

I found this estate Agents to be very professional.
Richard arrived promptly to his first visit to our house, and walked us through the whole process. I didn’t feel pressured to use them, but confident that they would do their job.
Richard gave me his mobile number and even replied to queries on his days off.
Daniel, was also very helpful, but to be fair, all of the team where courteous and helpful.
My house sold in a week. The people who came to view all seemed like serious potential buyers.
We had a few strange things occur, but the advice I was given and the help when these things came up was invaluable.

Yet another mortgage broker appointment and thought we would be getting the same sales pitch as we previously had but no I was so wrong! Raja was so helpful and professional. He ensured that we Understood the mortgages available and what all the terms meant. Even once our mortgage offer had been finalised he still managed to find us another incentive and didn’t just forget about us. We also purchased life insurance through him and with all the legal jargon didn’t mind explaining it through to us a couple of times as there were so many different options. Never rushed us out the door either.

Lucy was brilliant also, ensuring we were kept up to date throughout the process and helping us with any queries that we had. Although you could hear how busy she was daily, she always made time to explain and not rush you off the phone.

Overall amazing service and would highly recommend them.

When deciding to sell my property it was essenstial that we went with an agent who could see the property for what it was, after extensive renovations the property would have had to be marketed at a sale price far in excess of any property previously sold in the area. Balgores, specifically Trevor had the vision and the belief that the property was even worth in excess of our expecations, and excelled when he managed to get us 2 full asking offers within 10 days of the property going on the market. Following agreement from us to accept the offer the service from balgores did not drop at all, Sarah was tirelessly chasing solictiors and agents from all other parts of the chain to ensure the sale was closed out as quick as possible. Without their help I dont believe we would have ever compelted as the chain was very difficult. I would 100% use balgores should I move again in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Rory was incredibly attentive and informative. We were first time buyers so everything seemed overwhelming at first until Rory put it into perspective for us. This is the third time I have used balgores low for the sale of a property and once again they have acted professionally throughout the entire transaction. From the initial meeting to the huge amount of viewings they created on my property to the negotiation of the sale to achieve the best price and progressed things through to exchange I have been happy throughout. I chose Balgores because they value to the property correctly and they didn’t over Price the property to try and win the business with dishonesty. Sophie and James were brilliant. The after-care through to exchange was incredibly helpful too. One of my friends has also used them to let a property out and also found the service impeccable.

Just sold through Balgores and couldnt speak highly enough of them. Joe and Ben did exactly what they said they would do and sold the house quickly for the price required. Louise acted as the intermediary once the sale was agreed and she wonderfully handled my constant badgering for updates. We used another agent in Brentwood previosuly and Balgores were so much better with their professionalism and honesty. I could not have asked for more from them. .

I dealt with a handful of real estate agencies as I was looking for a property over a year due to various reasons. Some were good, some were bad. Balgores Romford, have given us excellent service throughout the selling process. From the very first visit to value the property through every viewing and right up to exchange they have been professional in every way. Lee dealt with the sale of our property in a very professional and friendly way. He knew that we unwillingly went into rented accommodation as we were finding it very difficult to find a bungalow in Hutton. More than three months after the completion of our sale he sent us an email featuring a bunglaow that he thought we might be interested in. We had already seen this property but had certain doubts. With Lee’s advice we went ahead and made the purchase. I do believe that without Lee’s email we would have waited too long and missed out. His thoughtfulness long after our sale had been completed is very much appreciated.

Brad Stanton came to value our property, he was very polite and gave us lots of relevant information and didn’t beat about the bush. Throughout the sale Bradley kept us updated regularly and remained very polite while still being professional. Bradley also called us once the property was sold to congratulate us and wish us well which is a nice touch. On visiting the Romford office I was greeted by Kish and again he was very polite, smiley and professional and I also spoke to Kish on the phone several times and he was very helpful. All in all everytime I called the office I had a good experience with all members of staff.
