If you want your house sold Dan is your man. He is a very professional and helpful agent and I would not hesitate to use him again.
Selling your house is stressful enough at the best of times , but did not feel any stress whatsoever , we did not have to worry about a thing . We got the best possible price for our house . So if you are thinking of selling or buying a house I would seriously consider using Dan before anyone else.

Raja Raval is a very good Broker and has helped with the purchases. He had done all the work out of the figures and submitted the Mortgages and they got approved without any issues. Thanks Raja.
Danny Woodhouse is young, Enthusiastic and prompt when dealing with his clients. He had on several times stayed late beyond his time to enable us to view properties as I get home around 19:00hrs. Thank you and keep up the good customer relations.

Danny sold our terrace house in Romford in a matter of days, He got us the best price possible, he made the whole process from start to finish stress free, He is a very highly motivated and professional person but at the same time, down to earth and approachable, I cant recommend Danny and Balgores enough and have told all our friends about them, The whole team are an asset to Balgores. Brad helped us to sell our Collier Row house and managed to get us several offers and achieve a very good price. He and his team were very helpful and kept us informed all the way. I have complaints on dampness and poor heating setting at the above.I have two young kids the youngest recently had respiratory tract infection.The agent keep passing me from one person to the other.

A staff called Dionne requested two months ago that I send pictures of the dampness to them. She promised to get back to me that was the last I heard from her. I called several times no response from the staff. The agent go by what the landlord says and you the tenant do not matter.

A lady called Sue will not even let me finish my sentence before interrupting all the time cannot formerly give me a feedback the problem is still there and I have only moved into this property in September. The staff are very rude and unwellcoming.Sue actually used the language is your prerogative on me during our conversation on the 30/12/2015.

I called Balgores to give me a valuation on my property.Trevor crowe did this for me and arranged to put my house on the market with an
open day on the bank holiday of August 2015 ,and i had 4 offers at or near the asking price and 1 offer was over the asking price which was accepted 3 days after the open day .
I was allways kept informed of the progress from start to finnish of the sale with help from Ryan at the begining then espeacially sarah oakley who was fantastic in keeping me upto date till the end of compleation.

Balgores were found to be a very proficient and professional company. They valued the property appropriately and were very prompt with the marketing materials and knowledge in quickly trying to sell the property and achieve the best price. Excellent communication and updates every step of the way. Recommended estate agents!

Fantastic service from the first visit of the property through to completion. Once the purchase had been agreed Louise Civil dealt fantastically with a quite complex chain. She was thorough in every aspect keeping me in the loop re any pertinent updates. When she was away for a few days Joe Hayes seamlessly picked up the transaction. If I was looking to sell I would definitely use this team.

Joe and Louise took care of us at every step of the sales process. Joe’s valuation was spot on and his photos and marketing very professional. Louise’s updates were very useful and exactly what a client wants even if nothing has particularly progressed it is always nice to have a phone call from the agent.

I feel so happy about the property which I have got by Max and Lucy at Balgores agency.
I was currently living in a hotel and I came into the office looking to move ASAP. When sitting with Max, he told me about a property even before it was on the market and we was able to see if that afternoon. He even went over beyond the job by driving me too and from the appointment where he even offered to drive me home.
We managed to move in within a week and now happy to living in my own flat and not paying really high price for Hotel!

Excellent service – extremely helpful. Made sure they got lots of viewers round and promoted the property. Did the viewings so no inconvenience.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of this Company. They handled our sale with care and efficiency, always presenting a cheerful face, be it on the phone or in person. Joe and Louise – who we had most dealings with, kept us well informed every step along the way. Photographs and brochure were well presented showing our unique property (with attached bungalow annexe) favourably. They very quickly found a buyer for us.
Doubt we will use them again as this was our first move for 53 years!!!! To compensate however, we did recommend them to our neighbour, and we are sure they will do a similar job for her. Well done everyone at Balgores Hayes

I’ve used Raja and Lucy at Balgores to obtain two different mortgage offers over the last year or so (predominantly because my first puchase fell through on the buyer’s side). On both occasions, the level of service was excellent. Raja was very good at recommending products for me (particularly the insurance product that provided me with a �1500 refund when the buyer pulled out of the initial sale!) Lucy was very good at letting me know what was going on with my application at each stage, including when she was chasing up the mortgage company. Both of them reduced the stress of applying for a mortgage immeasurably, and, as a result, I have already recommended them to several friends.
