I have just used Balgores for the sale of my house, and I have found them to be very professional and would 100% recommend and use them again. My dealing in particular was with Ryan and Sarah.

Ryan took on our sale and handled our open house and I was so impressed with his professionalism and personable approach to both me and the clients who viewed.

Sarah was our main contact once the sale had been agreed, she has been amazing, she was so helpful and informative and made me feel totally at ease through the whole process as she was so on the ball, and nothing was ever to much trouble.

I feel Sarah and Ryan are a credit to Balgores they were both excellent and I can’t thank them enough for their assistance through this normally stressful process…

Being a first time buyer and having no previous knowledge of purchasing a house, we could not have been luckier than to have Raja and Lucy helping us. They were there to show all facts and help with any questions that we had. Lovely having people who could help with the 3rd partiesand done so very efficiently.

If you are thinking of selling your house I would recommend Danny, he is professional and reliable and sold our house very quickly and for the top price. The after sales care from Louise was brilliant. I would definitely advise anyone selling to use this team and I have in fact recommended Danny to a family member.

If you want your house sold Dan is your man. He is a very professional and helpful agent and I would not hesitate to use him again.
Selling your house is stressful enough at the best of times , but did not feel any stress whatsoever , we did not have to worry about a thing . We got the best possible price for our house . So if you are thinking of selling or buying a house I would seriously consider using Dan before anyone else.

One word. Amazing. Being first time buyers we really had no clue what we were doing with a mortgage or things we needed to look out for in a property. Raja was so helpful and friendly and was always at the end of the phone if we had any queries or worries or just wanted a bit of advice. Lucy is also really friendly and helpful but we dealt with Raja more just out of circumstance. We have never had to wait long for an email or call back from either of them and I really believe our stress had been reduced majorly because of their professionalism and knowledge and just being there. I will definitely use Raja and Lucy again when we need to remortgage or buy another property.

I will always speak to Raja first and would always recommend him to my friends who are looking for a mortgage. He and his colleagues take away alot of the hassle and save you money in the process. Lucy in the office is very efficient and prompt in getting back to you, always happy to help. Raja is a down to earth, nice guy and genuinely gives your best interests priority. They say that moving is one of the most stressful of life’s experiences and mine has certainly proven that. During the year it has taken me to get to this point Balgores has been there all the way. From Paul and his initial encouragement (more of a push)and photos through Ben and then Lee helping me to sell my house twice and then the tenacious Louise dragging me to the point of exchange. All the time Joe was there in the background keeping an eye on things and contributing the odd bit of encouragement and/or humour as appropriate. Finally when things got really sticky he stepped in and helped us over the finishing line – even making the time to keep my seller on-side. A real team effort thanks to you all.

We were represented by Kish in buying our new property at Church Road Harold Wood and selling our old property in Lymington Road Dagenham. We were pleased with the quick sale which took less than a week and the purchase of our new home, overall the transaction was completed in eight weeks. Kish was very polite and helpful throughout, especially being available to view the new property on a few occasions.

Balgores have a fabulous Team and Brad Stanton and Kish Oogarah are the most honest and polite Estate Agents I have had the pleasure to meet. They handled my sale with upmost dedication.
If ever I was to move again I would only use Balgores as every time I phoned their office Brad or his Team would be there if I had any questions, and if they were out of office I was able to reach them on their mobiles.
My previous moves I have had to constantly chase up Solicitors /
Councils and Utilities but Brad did all of this for me which took the pressure off and made moving house enjoyable no stress whatever.
When we exchanged they phoned me to say congratulations I thought that was a lovely personal touch and this is how you feel when you use Balgores.

I dealt with raj and Lucy at Balgores. Honestly it was a pleasure. I went in to remortgage as well as purchase a new property. Everything was clearly explained and both raj and Lucy were very efficient. Follow up equities and calls were punctual and the whole transaction went very smoothly. Nice people doing a great job, thank you both.

Trevor and Rory have been truly professional and at the same time very friendly to approach and have been great help until completion and answered my calls at all times even out of office hours to assist in all queries.

Excellent appraisal of the property and customer service was delivered by Danny and Louise. They saw the transaction through in a thoroughly professional manner, and kept on top of a very trying purchaser helping to reduce the amount of stress my partner and I went through. Would definitely recommend the team to friends and family and use them again.

Lee was great when he showed me round the flat and fair to all prospective buyers by not suggesting a price the owner would accept.
Louise then managed the purchase and she was truly fantastic, from offer to completion she kept me updated every step of the way. She even knew about my mortgage offer before my broker had told me! I wouldn’t hestitate to go back should I decide to sell my flat in a few years. The service was superb and professional from start to finish.
