Balgore’s Letting team, especially Laura and Jo have provided me with an excellent service. Historically Jo had been an fantastic professional.The best thing I like about them is their pro activeness and timely updates on the marketed property,which is refreshing and welcoming for busy landlords. They have also shown flexibility in appointment schedules and keeping the whole process cost effective. They will be my first choice to let out properties in my portfolio.

Laura is an excellent and effective estate agent with a positive attitude. I was very impressed with the standard of information received on any out going properties. I was also surprised with the frequent updates and felt I was in good hands. The previous estate agents I used gave me an impression that I was wasting time and was on there to do list. But with laura I felt like my best interests were always looked after.

This was our first time selling a property and Emma guided us through the process. She was happy to answer any questions we had and was there for us every step of the way, going above and beyond. What can be a daunting process at times was made much easier with her support.

Emma was fantastic in helping me get my house (I was a buyer). She went above and beyond the call of duty to help see my purchase go over the line. Very professional and always kept me up to date with the latest status. Without Emma’s help, I genuinely think that my house move might have fallen through. Harassing via phone and door knocking for our house sale. Unprofessional and completely uncouth behavior. I do not believe individual is an experienced professional – advise training in sales and good practice as an agent.

We bought a house from Balgores, and found them (including Emma) to be very friendly and efficient. They stayed late a couple of times when we needed them to to meet us after work, and continued to help us with other queries.

All the staff that helped us throughout our sale were friendly and kept us updated the whole time. Sean had lined up several viewings before the house was officially on the market. The house sold for more than I expected within 2 days of being on the market. Once we had excepted an offer Sarah kept us regularly updated of progress by phone and email. I can’t speak highly enough of balgores

My Wife and I have lived in the same house for 35 years and when we decided to move it was a difficult decision and a new and stressful process and period in our lives and through it all Sarah in particular and her colleagues Sean and Ryan who handled the initial sale and viewings were very very helpful getting us eleven offers in 4 days with most of tehm over the asking price.
The process after that was not smooth but Sarah kept us informed at every step of the with clear and concise explanations and updates as to what was happening. She worked really hard on our behalf in what was a complicated move involving the sale of two seperate houses to two seperate buyers and the purchase of another house with a very pushy developer. I woudl and have been recommending Balgores to other owners in my street.

Brad was very helpful, always on hand to assist and no request was too much trouble for him and dealt with every enquiry promptly and efficiently. Highly recommendable.

Both Emma and James were excellent, Emma was especially amazing with dealing with my solicitor and keeping me updated all the way through. This was my 1st time buying and felt that Emma helped in a very friendly and efficient way I felt confident with Emma.
I have given a 5 star rating specifically because of James and Emma however I would add that I was disappointed with their mortgage advisor and the company policy of not taking the property off the market until the survey unless I used their mortgage advisor. This to me is not a fair practice and almost blackmail, I saw their advisor with all my paperwork to prove that I would be able to get the mortgage and that my deposit was 60% of the value but was still told I would have to use him to have the house come off the market straightaway.

From start to finish all involved were helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I cannot fault any member of the team that I dealt with.

As soon as we met Kish we knew that we felt comfortable and happy for him to sell our property. He has been amazing from start to finish and nothing is too much trouble. I have just sold my property through Balgores and Paul Hayes and his team, George, Lee, Joe and everyone that helped me could not of done more. Firsly Kish is an absolute legend, he doesn’t stop looking for good houses for you and saves you time by filtering them before he calls you. He did this for me and found me my dream home in Romford.

Raja is the best mortgage advisor, he show that men lie, women lie but numbers don’t, so he helps you understand the numbers and the commitment you will be making with your mortgage. He is approachable contactable at all times even whats app and is great when you have urgent questions. I never knew securing a house was this simple and stress free.
