Richard provided a very professional service from the onset with a very friendly and approachable manner,

Khaleesha handled the viewings and updates with perfect frequency and always with a smile.

Once the property was sold and in the solicitors hands Khaleesha continued to keep regular contact with updates for both parties.

It is said that moving house is the second most stressful event.
We would like to say that the staff at Balgores have helped to take the stress out of this move for us. We were buying our new property via Balgores, so it made sense to use them as our selling agent. Within a week of having our property valued, we had agreed a sale at the price we wanted and agreed the purchase of our new home. Our main point of contact, after viewings, was Pamela, who throughout the whole process maintained a positive attitude and could not have been more helpful, she certainly took the pressure off of us. We would happily recommend Balgores Brentwood, to friends and family.

Pam Redford has given me first class support through the purchase of my house. Through no fault of Pam’s the length of the process was longer than I would have liked but she stayed in touch throughout giving me regular updates. When there were issues agreeing a completion date, she managed the whole chain, calling all agents, solicitors, buyer and sellers to work out a mutually agreed solution. I have no doubt that she played a significant role in getting the whole chain moved to exchange of contracts.

Micheal was an absolute delight. He was organised helpful and any questions we had they were answered. I would highly recommend him and his team, they made a very stressful situation seem effortless and stress free. Will be using him again in the future with no hesitation at all. Thanks!

It has been many years since I last purchased a property and went into this new search expecting the worst. Whilst some local estate agents simply went through the motions the team at Balgores stood out.

Louis Barnes took the time to really listen to our requirements and found a number of properties that were a good fit immediately and then convinced us to look outside of our tight search area which resulted in us finding our dream home. He also very ably assisted us in finding a mortgage partner which was also agreed quickly.

Pam Redford has also been a star, keeping us informed throughout the conveyancing process and making the whole thing incredibly easy and painless for us.

As a whole found everyone at Balgores top class. I have been on the property hunt since November 2015 and have dealt with many other agents. They are are at the top of their game.
Raja is my knight in shining armour. I was refused mortgages elsewhere and had an agreement in principle within minutes of sitting down with him. He knew exactly which providers to go with.

We have just exchanged contracts on our new house that we found from Balgores in Basildon. Ryan was both friendly and informative, he answered all our questions and helped us to find our new home.

Fantastic service from start to finish – so professional and made the entire selling process relaxed. We really liked the idea of open viewing and Andrew and Luke made sure appropriate people were booked to view. Updates were regular and informative.
