All I have for Matt is praise.
We’ve had several let downs in the past 2 chains due to time wasters, even people pulling out right at contract completetion.
Matt helped us to completion by pushing everyone he could as much as he could as well as calming our nerves after the 2 previous collapses which he wasn’t involved in.

Brad helped immensely towards the end of the process in terms of getting niggly bits over the line, bringing together both parties’ solicitors and getting things done efficiently, ensuring we moved in on the completion date that had been verbally agreed at the start of the process. His professional and friendly approach was very welcome.

There were some problems early on (not of Brad’s making, but one of his colleagues) in terms of the wrong solicitors being named on the initial documentation and a mix-up with dates for when a contractor needed access to the property, but everything came together in the end.

Excellent! Everything went really well thanks to Sarah and Tom. As first time buyers we had all the possible help from them. Tom even waited for us for late viewing as the traffic from London to Basildon was awful.
We completed the purchase in less than two months.
