Sarah has been fabulous throughout my transaction, she has kept me up to date throughout the transaction, with clear and concise information that is easily understood and informative. She has kept things moving along by diligently speaking to solicitors on both sides of the transaction, assisting to arrange surveys, and is setting the bar high when it comes to delivering for the customer.

Both George and Lee have been fantastic from the start, so friendly and helpful, always keeping me updated and putting my mind at rest if I had any worries. They have both worked extremely hard to help sell our property, would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also our cat really liked Lee, which we saw as a good omen!

I have recently bought a property through Balgores and Joe took over the transaction mid way through and I have to say he was superb. He was thoroughly professional but at the same time extremely friendly and helpful going above and beyond his duties. I found Balgores Hayes to be a very friendly, approachable and efficient service to work with. They assisted me with every step of the process and helped me with any queries I had.
