The service we have received so far from Balgores has been second to none. Stewart has responded to all of my queries immediately, and the process of the viewings ran smoothly and seamlessly thanks to Tom. The whole team are friendly, and make you feel valued as a customer.

We booked to view a property that we thought was in our budget and was invited in to meet Peter to discuss mortgage options who showed us that we could buy a house at a much higher price tag. That day Joe took us around all the houses that were in our budget and we found our dream home. Once the sale was agreed Sarah took over and has been amazing she has always been on the other end of the phone when I needed to talk to her and has kept me fully informed about the progress of my sale

We would like to thank Trevor Crowe especially and his whole Team very much for all their help with the sale of our house in SS16. Brexit made it a challenging sales environment but their perseverance and professionalism paid off. Balgores used professional companies for their photographs and video tour which helped market our property to its best advantage.

Balgores are a very professional company, done a great job selling our property and helped us to buy our new property also through Balgores. The initial advertisement and viewings of the property were arranged really quickly by Khaleesha with a buyer being found from one of the very first viewings.
As the sale progressed Louise and Khaleesha both made sure the sale continued to move forwards, constantly chasing the solicitors on both sides, as well as keeping me updated and quickly responding to any worries or questions I made have had. I can’t recommend them both enough.

Just bought our new home through balgores and must say that every part of dealing with them was 5star. We dealt with Jason who was professional, polite and was always at the end of the phone to help with any queries (there was many) this was even out of office hours and still was there to help. We also spoke to Connor who was always polite and helpful. Never felt like we was pushed into anything. If I was to ever move again the guys at balgores would without of doubt be our first call and will also be recommending to any family/friends and anyone thinking to sell there property.

I would recommend George and his company to anyone. I initially engaged another company to sell my property who failed miserably. Absolutely brilliant personal service from the minute I walked through the door to completion. I was kept up to date at all times and my late brothers house was sold quickly to a cash buyer. A sensitive probate case dealt with upmost professionalism. Thanks to Brad and also Casey for your patience. Not necessarily the cheapest option out there but worth every penny. Would recommend you to anyone.

We recently purchased a new home in Upminster and received a first class service from the entire team at Balgores. We had a few hitches along the way but Khaleesha was always on hand and proactive in trying to help. It felt like we were in very safe hands and that she wanted us to get the house as much as we did. I should also mention Richard who came to conduct the valuation on our property – professional and personable at all times. He even helped me to use the fax machine in store at the 11th hour on the purchase to send some documents to the solicitor. Neither of us had had to use a fax for about 20 years! The service we received from Balgores was excellent and they would be my first choice of Estate Agent in the future.
