A very friendly and professional service received from George and the team at Balgores, Romford. We had quite a complicated sales process that spanned over several months but George made sure I was informed at every stage and remained the voice of calm and reason during a stressful time! A great price achieved for my property and overall, I was very impressed. One thing that impressed me from the start was George recognising me the 2nd time I went into Balgores, given that I hadn’t seen him for weeks (and then only briefly), but he knew me by name. Just an indication of the attention to detail. I would recommend to anyone.

I found Louise to be extremely efficient, polite and helpful. When you’re at the somewhat stressful stage of needing a sales progressor and you need answers you want to speak directly to a person and not be waiting for hours for someone to return a call. There’s nothing more frustrating than constantly encountering an answerphone (which I’ve experienced with another agent) Out of the numerous times I rang Louise there were only two occasions when I encountered her answering machine and even then her return calls were within the space of about ten minutes after I’d rang! I found her to be informative, very prompt in returning calls and overall very professional. She is a credit to Balgores. Thank you Louise

Very pleased and satisfied with the whole process. Initial dealings with Tom were a pleasure. He was always accommodating in regards to viewing times and was always on time. He was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. He always offered to help or assist. Once the offers were accepted on my sale and purchase, Sarah was amazing with dealing with everything. She kept me informed throughout and dealt with solicitors, ensuring everything was running smoothly. When there were issues with solicitors and paperwork, Sarah took it upon herself to sort things out speed things along.

Whatever could go wrong, went wrong with my parents recent flat purchase, however we could not have got to the end without Joe’s amazing help. The other side’s solicitors were unhelpful, but Joe managed to pull all the nasty bits together to make things happen. I couldn’t recommend Danny and Balgores highly enough. The service we received was instantly reassuring, professional and friendly. Our house was sold within 4 days and the process to exchange smooth. Danny kept us updated and chased up information when we asked and was extremely helpful.

I had a very positive experience with Balgores. Gavin’s valuation was spot on. He and George lined up an impressive number of viewers, which meant I got the price I was looking for. My conveyancing was challenging, owing to legal obstacles laid down when I bought my property years before. Consequently, the first sale eventually fell through but Gavin and George redoubled their efforts to repeat the same feat in one week at a point in the year when there are fewer buyers. The Balgores team were professional, efficient and friendly. Everything went really well thanks to Sarah and Delawar. After first meeting I realised that is a estate agent I want to be dealing with. Both Lee and George have been fantastic with our sale and purchase from Ongar to Cheshire, always available couldn’t do enough for us, even scanning and printing documents from their office as we did not have a printer. In addition when it got close to exchange the phone calls they put in to all solicitors and estate agents ensured that we did exchange on day needed. We could not recommend them highly enough. Thank god for Sarah!!! I was a first time buyer, and didn’t really have much of a clue as to what needed to be done during the buying process, it didn’t help that I had instructed horrendous solicitors! Sarah was fantastic during the whole process, but in particular helped me out when things were getting me down. She really knows what she is doing and would get things done!
