Kish is the best estate we have ever used. He has been a great help and guide in purchasing our family home always returning calls, giving good advice and always being friendly and polite and someone you can trust. We definitely recommend Balgores and would use them in the future.

Just recently purchased a two bedroom flat as an investment which has been frustratingly slow but would not have been achievable without the dogged perseverance of Sarah in chasing the Solicitors on both sides.

Brad was very helpful in the process of us buying a property. He did his best to keep us updated, and give us real answers rather than vague comments.

He works exceptionally hard, but doesn’t let out any stress and frustration and continues to be posiive and approachable.

Matt has been available every step of the way even out of office hours when problems have arisen, nothing has been a problem for him & is always at the end of the phone & has remained calm & level headed even while I was having a meltdown!

He is extremely professional and given us excellent help and advice. He has been completely honest with us, when we asked for advice, something we really have appreciated and not something you get with all agents, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. When I took the decision to sell my much loved home I thought it was going to be a difficult experience. When Stuart arrived and took on the sale he was so understanding and patient and explained everything really well. Through the whole sale he was always available with kind words and good advice, he always made me feel that he really wanted to do the best he could for me. Thanks Stuart it was really appreciated.
Once sold my sale was handed over to Sarah. Well what can I say!!!! Sarah is the most patient person you could encounter. Sarah you are a star. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt like she went far and beyond what she needed to do, always knowing who to contact to get answers and always there with a listening ear if things weren’t going to plan.

I�ve just successfully sold my 2nd property using Balgores Hayes in Brentwood. Both times found Balgores to be pro-active, professional and left no stone unturned to ensure that the deal went through without a hitch …. even driving the lawyers crazy !!! Would have no hesitation in recommending them. Very Salesy – quite pushy (needed when selling) but thoroughly nice people.

Best sale paerson ever met, many sale perons tells you lies just so they can sell their service but Kish was indeed a completely honest person and not just tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear, always responsive to emails and phone and got things done shortly after I’ve spoken to him on the phone, he really deserves all my respect of all his help and effort that he puts into his job, I would suggest to upgrade him to a managing positon and he would get people respect as always, I can only now thank you for that and would really like to keep in touch . Thanks again from me and my wife.

When I first spoke Joe on the phone my first impression was admiration. Every time I spoke to him he would assure me that

Having lived in a well loved home for over 18 years, the thought of moving was exciting but traumatic. Family home to clear and a new home that ticked all the boxes to be found. After a very difficult and disappointing experience with another agent, Matt has restored my faith in Estate Agents. Matt has been highly professional both with our sale and our purchase, his keep us updated all the way and his been the one having the difficult conversations with our solicitor, so we didn’t have to. Matt has gone above and beyond the call of duty at times and it’s made this very stressful process seem easy.

Sarah is exceptional. She progressed the sale of my property speedily and professionally at all times. She also communicated with me accurately at every stage so that I was kept fully informed of progress. This sale had its complications due to the nature of the buyers legal arrangements, however Sarah managed to communicate constructively with all parties involved (more than usual) to move the sale to completion. In all my 30 years of buying (and occasionally selling) residential letting properties, Sarah has been the most professional and efficient sales progressor I have ever come across.

Kish could not have done anymore to help us from start to finish. Was always polite and helpful and always at the end of the phone. Would go out of his way to answer any questions we had evening when asking him about our property we were buying.
