A few weeks ago I happily accepted an offer on my property and wanted to write a small review on the 2 young gentlemen who have helped me with the viewings on my house & all the other matters that surround this & the subsequent sale. Simply put Glenn & Tom are fantastic!!!
As I requested, they came to every viewing, were on time, polite, enthusiastic with selling my property & kept me completely up to date when a few people couldnt make their viewings. They always gave me good notice before viewings & gave me feedback after. They have also both been there when I needed advise or support since accepting the offer & have just been a complete pleasure to work with all the way through! Never once have they made me feel a burden or nuisance when I called them with queries & I can only hope that Balgores realise the great assets they have in these 2 employees!

Louisa was very helpful during the entire process of our house sale from the day we accepted an offer. She responded very well to all my emails through out the process and kept me informed with all issues. I would recommend her to my contacts for sale and purchase. From accepting the offer on my property to exchange of contracts in just 4 weeks, how can I not be impressed with Balgore Hayes. made the right choice in choosing Balgores Romford. Manager Gavin Hockett produced a super sales sheet and we were rewarded with a quick sale. The office team were always helpful
and responded willingly to our queries. A five star rating every time.

Both George and Louise were in constant contact with us when the sale looked like it would fall through due to chain problems. George spend ages chasing clients and agents and eventually sale was completed and subsequent purchase also exchanged. Very professional service.

We cannot fault the balgores team at all, allways available to answer your call and are very professional. Sarah Oakley has been amazing the whole way through, as we had a difficult time and had to pull out of our first purchase, she went above and beyond our expectations and helped us through another purchase straight away keeping everything together so we didnt lose our buyer and made it as hassle free as possible. I have had many phone calls to sarah sometimes daily and nothing was ever too much. I would deffinately recommend to use balgores at basildon.

George was always very easy to talk to and was very pro-active in chasing both sides solicitors and agents on a regular basis to make sure there were no unecessary hold ups. Nothing was too much trouble for George and we were very pleased to be dealing with him.

We can’t thank Khaleesha at Balgores enough for all the hard work she put into making sure our house sold as smoothly and quickly as possible. She was friendly, professional and always made sure she got back to any enquiries we had right away. We had complete confidence in her and would highly recommend her to anyone. Jack was a joy to work with on the sale of our maisonette. From our first meeting, he dealt with everything in a very professional, friendly and knowledgable manner. Communication was excellent throughout. When a few stumbling blocks popped up during the process, Jack went over and above to not only keep everything on track with the buyer but actually to organise contractors to rectify the problem. We experienced a high level of customer service from all staff and this continued when dealing with Louise who progressed the sale, keeping us informed at each stage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Balgores based on our experiences.

We had a property on the market with another agent for some time with a couple of viewing and no offers. We decided to switch to Balgores Basildon. Stewart assisted us in marketing the property and within 24 hours of being placed with Balgores the property had multiple viewing and 2 offers! I regret wasting valuable time with another agent now.

We began looking for a property in the Gidea Park area in March 2016. We met with a few brokers however Raj always stood out to us. However we were initially pressured in to using a house broker of another estate agents for a property we were interested in as soon realized we were being taken advantage of. We made a joint decision to let that property go and decided to go for a property on the same road which was with Balgores. Raj went out of his way to get us that property and within 24 hours it was taken off the market. Raj was not only a broker to us but also offered us advice and was always there when we needed him. We told Raj that we wanted the keys of the house within six weeks and he made it happen – we couldn’t believe it! We are very happy in our new home and it really is thanks to Raj, Lucy and the team at Balgores.
