Lee did a fantastic job selling my property, from start to finish I found his customer service to be excellent. He was tenacious in negotiating the best possible price, which is exactly what you want when selling your property. The communication throughout the sales progression process was handle very well and I was updated every step of the way, through to completion.

We initially sought Gavin’s advice prior to marketing the property and found his advice both informative and helpful. They marketed the property promptly and were positive with the viewings, helping to realise multiple offers in a shorter period than we expected.They were hardworking in this respect and communicated all actions thoroughly. Acting as key holders they additionally were first rate in dealing with trades that had to gain access to the property.

Once a sale had been agreed, Louise was excellent in her communication to us and in liaising with the purchasers, helping us through the process with efficiency and thoroughness.

We found Khaleesha to be engaging, proactive and really keen to do as excellent a job for us as she could. She was professional in her interaction with prospective buyers of our property and we were always kept up to date with reactions and comments from those people viewing our house. Very pleased overall.

We have just sold our property with Balgores Basildon, there was a few hiccups to start with, but all was sorted out. Sean gave us the whole sales pitch, which we cannot fault him on, TOP salesman and captured us from the start (although we didn’t get our glossy brochures!!….;-), after that we had viewings which were all accompanied, Glenn stood out the most, he knew our house inside out, great at selling, polite, great outgoing personality, and great time keeping. We got a sale after our first opening day. From this point Sarah took over progressing the sale with solicitors etc., what an asset to Balgores she is, communication is second to none, she sorts out any problems very quickly, communicates with all parties, without her I don’t know where we would have been with our sale/purchase, only if solicitors were like her, we would all be laughing!…..

It is said that moving house is the second most stressful event.
We would like to say that the staff at Balgores have helped to take the stress out of this move for us. We were buying our new property via Balgores, so it made sense to use them as our selling agent. Within a week of having our property valued, we had agreed a sale at the price we wanted and agreed the purchase of our new home. Our main point of contact, after viewings, was Pamela, who throughout the whole process maintained a positive attitude and could not have been more helpful, she certainly took the pressure off of us. Pam Redford has given me first class support through the purchase of my house. Through no fault of Pam’s the length of the process was longer than I would have liked but she stayed in touch throughout giving me regular updates. When there were issues agreeing a completion date, she managed the whole chain, calling all agents, solicitors, buyer and sellers to work out a mutually agreed solution. I have no doubt that she played a significant role in getting the whole chain moved to exchange of contracts.
