My first time purchasing a property, but George was very clear and patient, and always had time to answer my questions be it via phone, email or in person. George made detailed notes on my requirements and found a short list of properties that suited my needs, one of which was absolutely ideal. Once I had decided on a property and after a second viewing where George spent over an hour with me at the property while I had a final look around, George took my offer and put it to the owner of the property, which was accepted. I found the whole process more straight forward than I had imagined, in no doubt this is partly down to George who kept me informed throughout the process.

As a first time buyer, I was completely lost in the purchase process which become lengthy and difficult due to the type of purchase it was. Throughout this process Sarah always kept me in the loop with what was happening and was always very honest even when the message she had to pass on wasn’t always positive. I felt like Sarah was able to keep the whole sale on track and without her, I honestly believe it would have fallen through at some stage and I would have missed out on becoming a homeowner for the very first time. Sarah played such an integral part and she is a true asset to Balgores. For any buyers who are allocated Sarah as their sales progressor, you are in great hands! Matt did a fantastic job helping us from selling our house, all the way through to exchange. He helped us to secure a good price for our property and supported us throughout the sale process, keeping us up to date and communicating with our buyers to keep them in the loop. As first time buyers, we were daunted by making the first step onto the housing ladder, Max was fantastic throughout the process as were his colleagues Jack and Louise.

We viewed the property we bought when our daughter was just two weeks old- Max took the time to get to know us and understood that we wanted to move quickly. He was extremely communicative throughout the process and have been delighted with the service that we have received from him as well as the Romford Sales office.

Thoroughly impressed with Kish’s professionalism and proactivity in selling our property. We had already previously tried (and failed) (miserably) with another agency and half expected that giving to a new agent in the same area we’d find it difficult trying to generate interest. Kish went all out and secured more viewings in the first couple of weeks that the previous did in 6 mths. He worked hard in finding and securing the best deal for our mum’s home and understood the emotional attachment we all had to it. If I ever considered a move again I’d go straight to Kish first time.

I highly recommend Balgores as from start to finish they have been exceptional. Of course it can be a very stressful time but Joe manages to make it so much better as he treats each client individually making the journey much smoother and I must say stress free for me. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Glenn who was our original contact who explained the whole process and costs to us without any pressure and then arranged the brilliant photos and viewing. Secondley I would like to say thank you to Trevor who stepped up to the challenge and did the first viewing of our property (subsequently our buyers). Finally a really big thank you to Sarah, who is amazing and a force to be reckoned with (in the nicest possible way) She supported us, kept us informed and moved everything along, gently but firmly nudgeing all concerned as we had a tight schedual in selling to enable us to purchase our new property.
