We only had 3 transactions in our chain but it proved difficult to co-ordinate the processes and Balgores were excellent at liaising with all parties plus lawyers to eventually get us there. Good job.

We marketed our property with Glenn at Balgores and we had a amazing service from the outset. Glenn made everything clear with what we need to do to sell the property for the best price and went through all additional costs too. We had an unbelievable turn out from the open event as we priced low to entice the right people in under glenn’s advice with 12 offers on the day! Down to Glenn’s negotiation we managed to achieve £50,000 above the asking price which we couldn’t quite believe! He also made sure whoever was going to buy it was financially checked out which put our mind at ease too. Then it handed over to Sarah who was consistent and extremely pleasant to deal with and she helped us in every way that we ask – also beyond her duty too!! 100/100 service and will be recommending to our family and friends over and over – Thank you so much.

I believe that both of these deserve a lot of praise and i would like to thank them for their great work and understanding of their profession and just being there when needed to ease my fears and answer any questions i had regarding any part of purchase

We purchased our first house at Greenhithe through Balgores. As we were new in the property business Balgores helped us to ease the rigours and challenges involved in the process. They were nice and polite throughout the process and even went out of their way to organise a meeting with the owner of the property to give us repeated access to ascertain what needs fixing even before we complete the purchase. They were always updating us on the activities in the chain and what they are doing to make sure everything works out timely for all the parties involved. We were pleased with their professionalism without which the process would have been very complicated and burdensome.

Tom showed us around the property and helped us to get our offer accepted , he was happy to answer any questions and help us out where we needed it, he kept us updated and in the loop.

Sarah was brilliant in getting the whole process together with different solicitors from each part of the chain, she again always kept us updated and gave us support and advice when we needed it.

Kish provided excellent customer service to my husband and I when buying our new home. Although we and the vendors were chain free in theory this should have been a relatively straightforward transaction. But as the vendor had emigrated to the USA, this posed many challenges which Kish worked collaboratively with us to push the purchase through. Timing was key as we needed to complete in time to make school applications for the beginning of the academic year. Kish helped us to achieve all of this. Thank you!

Used Balgores to sell our property in Dartford as we were purchasing through them in Gravesend. Having moved several times and been unimpressed with other agents, Balgores have restored our opinion of the profession. From start to finish,
including a couple of quite major "hiccups", all the staff were professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant and polite. They provided quality viewings and we had a completed chain within a few weeks. The whole process was then completed very satisfactorily.

Sarah deserves a huge amount of praise for her position and what she delivers. She handled the process of dealing with ourselves, our buyers and the solicitors very well. She is very much on top of the process of progressions and ensures all parties are kept informed of the process throughout.

Trevor as a manager was professional throughout and ensured our sale was handled competently. He was able to come back to me within good time frames on any questions and gave good answers.
