Matt did an amazing job on the sale of our home. With a difficult chain of five transactions, Matt problem solved and negotiated in extremely difficult circumstances going above and beyond what would normally be expected (including fixing a cupboard at one of the properties in the chain!). Matt continually chased all parties involved and their solicitors leaving no stone unturned which showed his dedication and determination to help all those involved. I have used Balgores a few times over the years and each time their professionalism, enthusiasm and energy have struck me. Highly recommended agents.

After carefully considering our options, we are so glad to have chosen to put our house up for sale with Balgores. Trevor was great from our first initial meet up and viewing of our property. He had great knowledge of the area and answered all our questions. He was always on time when we needed to visit the property to carry out measurements and surveys. He even left us with the good menus for when we move in! Top man.

Sarah was great at keeping us in the loop during our purchase and was always in touch with my solicitor. She even took time out of her day to call us and personally congratulate us on our purchase.

Although Balgores are more expensive than online Agents they go out of their way to sell, arrange viewings, update and chase the entire chain and take away the stress and I personally feel is worth paying for.
