This is the second time we used Balgores, Hornchurch to sell a property
Paul came round to do the valuation and after that we dealt with him and Billy
The first time we moved (over 7 years ago) everything was very straightforward and took 10 weeks start to finish. This time, we had a few problems with the chain breaking down but Billy and Paul chased everything and got it all going Once we had our chain complete Mandy took over and progressed the sale I would definitely recommend Balgores

Very impressed with the service from Kish. He was very courteous and professional – always kept me informed on the progress of the sale and promptly addressed any queries or requests I had.

Sarah is the most fantastic Sales progressor ever. She went over the top on her efficiency, chasing the members of the chain with the target exchange date in mind. She kept everyone up to date with every little information. Highly professional in her job and very polite as well. Without her impact I believe the chain might have been frustrated. As a result of the great work she did for our sale/purchase to complete, I recommend Balgores Basildon.

I have been hugely impressed with the guys at Balgores Basildon who have been incredibly supportive throughout my purchase of a property with them. They went above and beyond to get things done in good time and I would 100% consider them should I sell again. Sarah and Trevor in particular have been very supportive. Well done!

Sarah was extremely professional, friendly and helpful with the sale and purchase of our house. She really went above and beyond when we encountered problems further down the chain and completely exceeded our expectations. I cannot thank the staff at Balgores enough especially Richard who could not have been more helpful. They always kept me up to date with what was going on with the viewing/sale of the property. They contacted the solicitors to hurry the sale along and I never felt like anything was too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone.

As a first time buyer, i must say that the advice given to me by Tom on how to put in a reasonable offer on a property and also taking it upon himself to negotiate with a seller to accept my offer is beyond my expectations. Also, he was very quick on replies to enquiries. Sarah I must say is the engineer of quick completion of the sales process. She was also very good in updating me on the progress of the application and explaining the final process of completing the sales transaction. Both of you are amazing to work with.

Joe and his team made our move straight forward despite a lot of complications along the way and helped to get us in to a good position so that our aims could be achieved.

Joe Hayes came to visit me initially to discuss the sale of my property. He was courteous, helpful and gave me good advice and guidance about many aspects of the sale process. Viewings were quickly arranged and carried out with no fuss. Once a buyer was found Joe Lambert looked after everything up to completion. Joe was a model of professionalism and ready to offer support at any time.

Sarah has provided me with great support! I would like to thank her for all her help. She is super efficient and always gets back to me straight away. Buying your first home is stressful, so it really helps when you have a person who is so supportive and helpful there!

Michael was keen to get potential buyers through the door and the property received an offer before it had even gone up on Rightmove. Unfortunately this turned out to be a bogus offer, but he persevered with some of his contacts and got more people through the door. Joe was also a big help when it came to making an offer on purchasing a property while Michael was off.

Mat and joe did everything possible to help me and my wife get the house we really really wanted. Went out there way to get us extra time in order to get our dream home. Thanks a lot guys.

I am at an age where everyone I know is buying houses and pretty much all of their experiences involve infuriating, incompetent estate agents. Balgores Hayes are not one of them. Buying through them 2 years ago was a delight and when we came to sell they were the only choice.
