Great customer care from every member of staff. I felt totally supported through out the whole process. Richard and Louise often went beyond the call of duty.

My wife and I found Richard and his team in the Upminster polite, professional and diligent throughout the whole process. We would certainly use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

Very positive experience using Balgores in basildon, Glenn was brilliant when selling and finding a new property and Sarah made life that much easier and less stressful during the whole process of completing and exchanging on our property. Both very helpful and was always at the end of the phone or email whenever we needed anything.

Right from the start of Stewart visiting to value our home we knew we were dealing with a professional Company. Not having sold a house for some time Stewart explained the process and was always available if we were unsure of anything and took the time to ensure that we were clear and happy with everything. His professionalism and warm approach really helped with our sale. We must also mention Glenn who also helped with the sale and was always smiling, informative and helpful with the viewings.

Then Sarah took over, she was always cheerful, professional and to hand when we needed her through a very frustrating and stressful time whilst contracts were being sorted, there were a few "horlicks" moments but she always managed to move things along and take some of the stress off of us and keep me sane, she truly was amazing throughout the whole process. Sean started our process and was always super friendly and enthusiastic and marketed our property well and it sold quickly. Then we moved onto Sarah and that when the fun really began, we had hold up after hold up on the house we were buying and this is when her knowledge and support was priceless. She chased and updated us every step of the way. Then on her return to work from holiday she was surprised to see we were still about, so once again straight back on the case and hooray we exchanged and move next week. Calls were returned promptly, information and updates passed on and communication with all other parties was made. The experience I had with my estate agent when selling my house was shocking, so well done Balgores for restoring my faith and thank you.

Balgores recently assisted in the sale of my property in Romford. The team were energetic throughout and managed to find a serious buyer at a good price. Although my main point of contact was Gavin, all members of the Balgores team were acquainted with the case so in the event he was unavailable Ryan and Max were also on hand to provide updates and assist were needed. Great spirit!

I have now used Balgores seperatly on both a purchase and a sale and couldn't be happier with the service I have received.
I have never had to chase the agents for a response and everyone has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the transaction from valuation to exchange.

I would definitely recommend Max and the staff at the Romford branch of Balgores. Max is very professional and approachable, he made the home buying process easy and seemless for me from referring me to the mortgage specialist and seeing to it that I bought my home. At one point I had given up on the process but Max’s confidence kept me on course. I can never thank him enough. He deserves the 5 star rating and more!

The selling team were excellent – committed and flexible. Jack was exceptional and recommended to me by my neighbour who is equally impressed. He is polite, friendly and knowledgeable – also tackled tricky last minute negotiations diligently and confidently. Always available when I needed him. I would have no hesitation in using this branch again.
