I've moved around alot and dealt with my far share of agents if you're looking for a great estate agent go with Allannah, she has been more than brilliant !!!! she found us so many properties to look at and our new home, kept us up to date, never had to chase her, she even sold our home and went over and above when our first buyers pulled out. she gave us great advise finding a great solicitors and financial service.we literally can't say enough good things or recommend her highly enough.

Michael came round to value my home and helped getting it on to the market. Joe L found a buyer and made the transaction easy and quicker then expected. Happy with the service, would Defo recommend for the future to anybody selling in the area.

Being first time buyers we were very new to the whole process of purchasing out first house. However Connor was amazing. He was very helpful giving us all the details in regards to our new home, he also gave us a thorough tour of the place too. He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to ask a stupid question and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and the area we were moving too.

Allannah assisted me with the selling of my property and showed me around some houses for sale.
She was always courteous, friendly and knowledgable. She maintained regular contact and was very proactive in her search for a suitable new property for me and my children.

Our experience of working with Ryan to sell our property was excellent. A property we loved and had missed out on when our sale via a different agent to Balgores, came back on the market. Ryan had our property on the market and sold within 1 week at the price level we were seeking, finding a good buyer for us and then to follow through to completion, he worked extremely hard to follow and chase others up. Ryan was always contactable and responsive, keeping us regularly updated, which when going through the stresses of selling and moving, was greatly appreciated! Fantastic service. The whole team at Romford were lovely and really supported me well through what proved to be a very stressful experience! Ryan was brilliant. With a chain that involved just 2 clients you would expect things to be fairly straightforward. Sadly not.

After a shaky start (the estate agent didn't turn up for our viewing and it turns out he confused us with another couple that were viewing the same house), Balgores Basildon actually did a pretty good job. It was all pretty plain sailing, which was a nice surprise as we'd heard some horror stories anecdotally. We've now been in our house for 4 months now. One thing we do wish though is that when we asked if the loft was boarded, that they hadn't just guessed… they got it wrong!

Balgores also sent a professional photographer who made our house look like a show home. Fantastic job all round, especially from Brad, Allannah, Casey, and Matt.
