There are very few experts in the business of buying and selling a house and I was lucky enough to have found 2 agents who went above and beyond what I call was required in Joe Hayes and Michael, There was many ups and downs in the process of selling my home and also trying to find the right house , I'm lucky that on both acasions my house sold quickly and efficiently and although I was on a deadline for the house I was purchasing I was constantly in contact with Michael and Joe who always had time for me and constantly kept me in the loop in regards of chasing solicitors and checking the chain below, I cannot stress enough how much easier it makes life when you have 2 people on the ball who know what's going on throughout the whole process. Sean was very helpful every step of the way, which was very much appreciated as a first timer. Very responsive, quick to resolve issues and I got updated on a timely basis on progress. Positive all round, I'm happy with the service.

I head a bad experience with estate agent call Your move at cheltenham Kent branch I was in process of buy a property from your move at Cheltenham
It was a night mare to deal with that branch there is no customer service at your move estate agent
I wish every estate agent have sales name like Darren life would be so easy

The team at Balgores Ongar were excellent from start to finish in the sale of my house, only took 2 months to find my buyer, very professional and friendly, will definitely use them again and recommend them.

All I can say is the two people named above makes the agency tick. My purchase took longer than normal and they ensured the vendor was kept happy whilst my processes were complete. They always kept us in the loop and informed. They have both made this purchase possible for me.

Kish gave a fair and realistic valuation for my late dad's property. Kish worked hard to send viewers round and during that time he always kept me informed. Among 5 estate agent companies i went and made an inquiry when im purchasing and selling my property Gavin and his team was the only one the follow-up and also updated me. As i expected the sales went through really quickly and stress free.

Richard and Louise have been absolutely brilliant. Richard has been extremely helpful with every little problem we had and nothing is too much hassle. We are first time buyers so naturally had a lot more questions and queries and Richard was always happy to help.

Secondly Louise has been amazing. There has been a lot of back and forth with solicitors and Louise has been there to manage all of this. She has a fantastic relationship with the Developers which makes things so much easier.

My experience with Balgores Upminster was a very positive one. I originally spoke to a helpful agent and explained that I wasn't looking to buy a property but to assist me with a re-mortgage on my current property. The other agents I contacted promised me calls back but I felt like I was at the bottom of their pile because I wasn't buying with them. I was then put in touch with Parmi and Vicky who are in the mortgages team, who responded to my calls and emails within 10 minutes of me contacting. They had exclusive rates with some great lenders and managed to save me over £250 a month on my previous mortgage. The paperwork process was very easy and the solicitors they work with were excellent, worth asking them for assistance with that too. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Sarah has been amazing during a very stressful process due to things out of her control. She has been very professional and always listens to our point of view and her help has been Brilliant . Sarah has always kept us informed of each step even if there wasn't any progress she would still inform us. As a first time buyer you don't really know all the processes and have no experience of dealing with estate agents. However Jack was helpful, professional and lovely to deal with from day one until completion. He was always very prompt to reply to emails and answer our calls and was willing to go out of his way to help us. We could not thank him enough for being so helpful and patient with us during our process of buying our first home.
