After my tenants left my property in Jan 2018 I went straight to Jack and very quickly I felt confident that Jack was the right agent for me and my property.

Following my recent experience of your company I felt I should write a review as the service I received was exemplary. Despite numerous obstacles and one very tough year, Andrew (Perry) did everything possible to make the sale happen. I would recommend him and Balgores in general to anyone looking to sell a property. Their professionalism and level of customer care was second to none. At every stage I felt that they had my best interests at heart, I was given everything I needed to make informed decisions and they were always available to answer my queries. In a sector notorious for "dodgy" dealers, Balgores guided me through the sale process (despite the aforementioned issues) with care and consideration. I could not have asked for more.

Glenn was very friendly and enthusiastic when he initially contacted me and viewed my property. He answered my questions in a timely manner and confirmed my sale very quickly.

During the sale process Sarah kept me extremely well informed on how things were going. I was very pleased with her efforts and felt like i was being kept well in the loop. She was very friendly and helpful on the telephone.

I had two valuations in the beginning. One agent representing both Abbott's and Bairstows and Glenn from Balgores. Glenn's enthusiasm and all round attitude is outstanding and professional. We chose Balgores because of Glenn and never regretted it once. All staff are professional and very helpful.

Balgores Gravesend provided a truly outstanding service from the second we worked with them. They were beyond professional and polite. There was nothing that they wouldn't do for myself and husband and every time we called them they were always happy to help and beyond patient.

A very professional service re our house sale. Connor updated us regularly and always got back to us promptly if he needed to check anything. Towards the end of our sale there were some issues further down the chain. Andrew couldn't have been more helpful and effective in resolving the issues. He made numerous phone calls every day to all parties and I honestly believe the worry and wait would have been far longer without his tireless efforts. Thank you again for everything.

We've bought a house thorough Balgores in Gravesend. Being a first time buyer and not knowing the system well we were kept informed and updated at all times. Connor was looking after us and I cannot think of anything negative to say. Connor has been very helpful and In touch at all times. I'd recommended this guys anytime!

Kish couldn't have been more helpful, efficient or courteous during my whole moving process. Moving can be very stressful, especially when you haven't done it for thirty years, but he managed to make it much easier. I wish him every success for his future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Initially unsure if we actually would move, Paul got us started and he was obviously listening! New house is exactly what I had in mind… Purchase was a breeze (very good sellers helped), but where the Agents, Lee in particular, came good was in the sale of our old house. Offer was accepted in a few days, but then the process needed 'massaging' due to a slightly awkward buyer. The team worked hard and the process (though it didn't always feel like it) was remarkably quick. Thoroughly recommended.

The Romford Balgores team have been absolutely excellent in helping us sell our home. Special thanks has to go to Jack Clarke who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Our original buyer dropped out when we was close to exchange and Jack managed to find us a new buyer in just 2 days!
