They manage our property very professionally and are always willing to help.
We never had any issues with the rent and with communicating with them or with the tenants through them.

They even helped us with dealing with the council where our property is when we needed their assistance.

This review was something i felt was very important to anyone who intends to move house without making sure you have a Joe Hayes guy by your side. We started our sale with Yopa (nicknamed the Joka!) and when the chain ran into difficulty, Joe got involved with all parties even though he was not our agent. He pushed for all parties to work together i.e the solicitors and clients etc. Without his help our plans would have been massively delayed due to the chain falling apart.
So thank you Joe Hayes for your exceptional, professional and dedicated work.

Billy was an absolute star in helping us get to completion for this purchase. He was so helpful in sorting any issues as they arose and I don't think we'd have reached completion without all his help. He is a young man who is dedicated to his work and the people that he serves and he is a young man of integrity.

Billy made the selling process less of a,stressful experience because he made sure I was kept informed. I found him extremely professional and willing to help at any time.

A good experience selling my parents home.I felt as if I had 'very special' treatment from Balgores Hayes, from the 'boss' to the staff in the Ongar office. Andrew Perry came out and did the initial valuation and explained exactly what we could expect from himself and his team.
Within 24hrs photos where done and the property was on the market.
Within two days we had our first viewing
The viewing 's where handled professionally and timely by Andrew or one of his excellent team.
We where undated at every step of the way and Andrew handled every problem we encountered professionally, promptly and without any drama.

Jack was my first contact when I called the office. We met Jack and Gavin for the first house visit, my husband and I were impressed we decided to go for it and sell our property with them. The process was seemless, every time I needed to call the office someone was there to help. Jack was always available to take us through the process, as it was our first time selling.
