I couldn't have asked for the sale of my house to go more smoothly thanks to the staff at Balgores Dagenham, they were always on the end of the phone if I needed them and I felt they were very friendly and very professional. Nicki, Alfie and the whole team were great throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing for a professional service.

What can we say Billy helped us to get to completion (at times felt like we might not make it) he kept us up to date all the way through and even helping on his days off. Very professional & always contactable. Thank you for all your help we would recommend Balgores to anyone selling their home.

As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and worries and throughout the process Louise Gibson was on hand to answer them and keep us updated on the progress of the sale.

I would like to thank both Sean for selling our home and finding a buyer within 2 months and Sarah for her constant updates once the sale went ahead. Both of them were always polite, professional and had great knowledge of the best way to sell and support during the sale. At no point did they make me feel anything was too much trouble. My initial contact with Nicky was extremely positive, she was warm, friendly & professional. Had extensive knowledge of the local area & the housing market. What she promised was exactly what she delivered. My house sold within 3 months. They are an amazing team at Dagenham. Alfie was always prompt, polite & professional with viewing appointments. Louise in the post sales team is the person you need to get things moving, she is such a proactive and a can do person & very down to earth. She's amazing. The new office on Dagenham Heathway are an amazing team, although the ones mentioned were my main contacts. They were all very helpful and approachable whenever I contacted the office, I always sense the team spirit behind each one. I would highly recommend Balgores to my friends & family. I had my property on the market with another agent when Balgores first approached us. I was apprehensive about changing but did so after having a conversation with Michael regarding the different strategies they would use.
The team did not let down, Balgores always sent me an email with comments the morning after the viewer had attended something I rarely had when it was previously listed. I never had to chase Balgores they were always first to contact me.
They were always easy to reach and managed to sell my property within a month. They were persistent and always on hand to give advice.
When my property had sold they continued to be as helpful as before and Joe helped to push the sale and purchase (through another agent whom at times slowed us down) to exchange within 4 weeks.
They are by far the best agent I have used to date and without them I highly doubt I would have managed to turn this around in the short space of time we have. I will definitely use them again.

Kish sold my property, who is a true gentlemen with a passion for his job. without him my purchase of my new property may of not been possible. He even phoned me up on the exchange contract day to congratulate me.

Daniella helped us secure a rental property. She is very friendly and professional and together with the team made the process pain free and easy.

I have used Ashton’s service twice in ten years time for buying and selling purpose. Since then there is no change in their professionalism. The staff are very professionals, polite and quick in respond.

I have used Purple bricks in beginning to sell my house but i had 5 veiwings in 6 months times with no offer then i changed it to Ashton and had nearly ten vewings in two weeks with offers from buyers. They provide high standard service with reasonable fees.

I highly recomend them as their service is still good as ten years back. They went above and beyond what they needed it to do to help out myself and buyers.

just a few words to say how professional I found the whole team to be from the word go special standouts go to Sean who started everything with the valuation of our house and the way he kept us up to date with everything that was going on and then when the house was sold to Sarah who kept us informed all the way with how things were proceeding and if anything needed chasing up for any reason it was always done quickly ,like I said at the start of the review everything was handled perfectly also I found they were always easy to approach and to speak to just one last thing I would like to give joseph a quick mention as well in respect of his friendly and courteous manner when I spoke to him on the phone. I was at the top of a long chain when buying my home. Sarah investigated the stages of the chain keeping me up to date throughout. She really put time and effort in and kept me up to date consistently. This agent was my lifeline during the process doing so so much more than my sales agents (a different estate agency). I will definitely use Balgores in the future.

After trying to sell our 'very sellable' house through a major estate agent for over 10 months, we gave up, losing our 'new' property. Close to completely giving up, we thought we'd give Balgores a call, friendly unpressurised advice given, completely giving the final decisions down to us. Andrew gave us complete confidence they could sell our house. Signed with me them on the18th January 2019, and had lots of interest, we have today exchanged contracts, 22nd February 2019, 16 working days. Unbelievable. Allannah came to value our hosue in Chelmsford for divorce proccedings. Although this was a difficult time for em and my children, Allanah was really kind, considerate and proffesional about valueing the house.
