We was recommended to speak to an mortgage advisor when calling balgores to look at properties, myself and my husband made an appointment with Lucy. I was not expecting the service she has given us from day one of meeting her. I can honestly say myself and my husband's case wasn't the easiest but Lucy was able to secure us a mortgage!! The communication between us was outstanding and I honestly don't have a bad word to say! Highly highly recommend anyone who wants to buy their first home or is renewing their mortgage to speak to Lucy!!

The Dagenham Team was brilliant in selling our property. They command good customer service and etiquette. We were kept informed of everything and couldn't have asked for any more. I would highly recommend them.

Terrible Service. I am currently renting a property through the agency and any queries or issues I contact them about are completely ignore until I chase it up again and even then the response time and customer service is terrible. My first experience renting through and agency and it has been shocking, would not recommend at all.

Efficient and approachable – will respond quickly to messages and easy to communicate with. Able to answer questions effectively too.

The service from Joe and his team was absolutely superb. The property was on the market for a matter of a few days before it was sold! It was stress free, and I was kept up to date with sale all the way through, a very efficient agent and a pleasure to deal with.

We recently purchased a property with Balgores. They tried to insist we came into the branch have a 'financial check' to check we were eligible to purchase the property, when we already had a mortgage in principal and the actual reason was to try and push their own products. After our offer was finally accepted and surveys and searches were conducted, it became apparent that the 85ft garden that was advertised on Rightmove didn't actually belong to the vendor and they only owned half of the garden. Had this been explained in the initial viewing, we may have considered whether to put an offer in at all. I found their tactics underhand and untrustworthy and did not have a good experience with purchasing a property from them. Balgores are the type of agent who give estate agents a bad name.

They are an exceptional Estate Agent. The support of the staff at Balgores Hayes has been truly remarkable, they have been helpful in every way. I recommend them most highly.

Having initially put our house on the market with another estate agent with no interest at all after 3 months, it was a pleasure to work with Danny.
He advised us about the importance of using professional photographs & booked the photographer straight away. We were delighted with the professional look of the marketing brochure & we started to get viewing straight away.
Once we had an offer which was acceptable both Danny & Allannah worked tirelessly to ensure that nothing went wrong, that all queries were answered quickly & the whole sale process took less than 2 1/2 months. We were overjoyed to be able to complete so quickly.

Daniel at Balgores Upminster found us a buyer before we even went onto Rightmove which was pretty good going but unfortunately that buyer dropped out unexpectedly.
My wife and I were devastated but within a few days, Balgores found us two more buyers who both made offers.
After accepting one of the offers, Louise came into the picture and she was brilliant at pushing everyone up and down the chain. In spite of some incompetence from the agent we were buying through (not Balgores, I would add), and the result of her assertiveness and professionalism is that that we are moving house on Friday this week.
