I was hoping to find a property to rent having a small family and as soon as I found Ashton Estate Agents I never looked back. The team especially Charlotte has been extremely supportive, proactive in her approach with any property management issues and always ensured that any advice we needed she was the first point of contact. I am living proof that the sacrifices Charlotte has made for us can never be forgotten, very passionate in her ethics and has always been transparent throughout. Would highly recommend Ashton Estate Agents and her assistance. Please do ask for Charlotte as well when you are looking for the best way to get a place.

I am a landlady of one property and would like to say a massive thank you to Balgores. The gravesend branch are second to none. Nothing seems to be a problem to them, they really do care and go above and beyond offering excellent customer service. Whenever I phone up I am always greeted by happy and helpful staff. I would like to especially thank Daniella, Gavin and Joe for always being so efficient and a joy to speak to. All the staff have been truly brilliant and are a very professional bunch. Thanks again, Julia

Recently rented my property with Chris and the team service was excellent – made the whole process easy. Look forward to using them again.

I've had the opportunity to use the services of Glenn Hardie, and i must confess he is a very intelligent mortgage adviser, He ensure i had a smooth process in getting my mortgage offer. Thanks to him

Gavin and his team in Romford were absolutely professional from start to finish. We have just exchanged contracts and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. We will definitely use them again if we move and have already recommended them to a friend. The best estate agents we have ever used. Thank you for your constant dedication and help in selling our property. D&D

I cannot recommend Balgores highly enough. Michael has been fantastic from start to finish. We have been kept informed at every stage and he was always on hand to answer any queries we had. Faultless service and will definitely recommend and use again.

Worst experience we’ve ever had. We moved in despite them after securing a key ourselves. Rang 9pm night before telling us we couldn’t move in because a new boiler was being fitted!! No thought to where we might live , no common sense, just ‘computer says no ‘ attitude. No idea who gas was with or electric or WiFi basically getting paid 12% management fee to do nothing. House was dirty, Old tenants told us they had nothing but trouble with them as well. Would never rent or buy a house that had Balgores as agents. After leaving review on other site head guy told me to contact him. I did, he said he was on holiday and would get back to me about the appalling service , guess what???? Never heard another thing. Nothing is too much trouble with Balgores and that's what you get NOTHING!

Having rented a property from this estate agent for 3 and half years ensuring at all time to be compliant to the terms of conditions of my tenancy agreement, I experienced unnecessary challenges when obtaining my deposit balance on departure from the property. In a duplicitous manner, they decided to include cost and charges that were not declared in the tenancy agreement signed, so that they could whittle away as much of the value of the deposit. I have now been left with a balance which is less than half of my initial deposit unjustifiably.

I urge others to not use this estate agent for property rentals or buys as they cannot be trusted to act with respect and credence when it is most necessary!!

Balgores was recommended to us by a previous seller. Our sale had its ups and downs but Jack at Balgores made himself available to answer any queries and was persistent with the other agencies and solicitors to maintain good relations; resulting in us buying our dream bungalow. Thank you Jack and the team at Balgores. We would recommend Balgores to anyone who is looking for a professional property sale!

Paul and Billy at Balgores Hayes, Ongar have been such a delight to deal with and made the process of selling our home run smoothly and stress free. We honestly can't thank them enough for the time and efforts they applied to us showing such professionalism whilst also bringing such a lovely personal touch to their service. They followed up on every detail and fed back to us in such an efficient and articulate manner. We feel that we will miss not chatting to them once we are done as they made it an enjoyable experience. Honestly can not recommend Balgores Hayes enough.
Thank you,
Michelle & David

Our experience buying our property through Balgores was excellent.
From the day our offer was accepted till the day we picked our keys up was only 7 weeks in total. It all went through super quick, no chain involved but was sped up so we could be in for Christmas.
Andrew the branch manager could not have helped more.
Everything I asked for was action immediately. Questions were answered with no fuss, everything a buying would like as moving is stressful enough having to chase people but this was never the case.
Frank & Conor were also helpful when showing us around the property.
I will defiantly use Balgores again in the future.
Thank you for a stress free proses.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte for a number of years now and she has been amazing. Always so helpful with everything. Any issues I have get dealt with so quickly and she’s always so friendly and professional. I’m so grateful to have this kind of service and has made me stay renting this property because I know I feel safe if I have any problems or issues.

Have recently sold our property with Balgores and we couldn’t have asked for more from Balgores.
Competitively priced, professional and friendly. All of the team were great, but Frank really stood out. He consistently went out of his way to help us and we couldn't be more grateful.

I had 4 agents over 10 months and met countless others while trying to buy. Balgores was different. Without Kelly’s hard work, care, experience and commitment to getting the sale through I doubt I would have moved. Highly recommended, especially in a difficult market.

Got my Morgage offer sorted very quickly the right product
Very professional Parmi/ Mackensie at the top of their game,
Kept me updated at all stages , worked through my morgage
Needs so now I can move forward . They chase the lender as
This can take time for them to reply , I'm very pleased so a big thank you to Balgores , this company do give you 100 percent support.
And it is very important that the broker takes the time to make the Application to the lender best suited for your Morgage , fulfilled.

A big thank you ,

Ray

Great agents

Very professional, very impressed with the service, always kept us up to date with what was happening. Had used 3 other estate agents and Balgores was by far the best.

Would like to say a big thank you to Joe Hayes & Joe Lambert at Balgore Hayes for all their help of selling my house, I couldn't wish for a better company to have assisted me on this.
Very helpful, very prompt, lots of communication, happy staff and a great team. I would 100% recommend Balgore Hayes, it was a real pleasure doing business with you.

Thank you all once again, a very happy customer 🙂
