We cannot thank the team at Ashton’s enough for all their help and support they have provided, a big thank you to Daniel who initially visited to value our property and take the photos for the Portfolio. We were constantly kept updated on viewings and their progress. Our biggest thanks goes to Frances who has supported us from negotiating the sale right up to the Exchange of Contract ensuring everything was done as smoothly and promptly as possible. We cannot thank the team enough and would not hesitate to recommend this Agent to anyone who is sourcing a professional company, you will be in very safe hands!

Myself and my husband decided we wanted to move house, We remembered how good Lucy in Balgores was when we got our first mortgage so without doubt we was going back to her this time round. Lucy has excellent communication skills, she kept us up to date throughout the application and secured us a mortgage for our new property.
I also want to mention Mackenzie who works alongside Lucy once a mortgage in principle has been provided. Again Mackenzie kept us updated through phone calls and emails to assure us the application was progressing. Both are excellent at their jobs and I would recommend anyone to use their services for mortgages!

Balgores had been recommended by family members who have had great experiences time after time. After being with another agent for a year and a lot of problems with them I decided to change to Balgores. Best decision I made Alfie had sold my property within 2 weeks, unfortunately it fell through but this was through no fault of Balgores, within a couple of days Alfie had the house sold again. Connor made us feel secure from the first viewing of the property. As we were first-time-buyers, we had many questions and Connor was always keen to provide answers. Whenever there was any delay from the solicitors' side, Connor would promptly negotiate to make the process move forward. The process took slightly longer than usual, however, Balgores was very reassuring. I absolutely recommend Balgores and Connor. Great professionals and the best agent a buyer could have.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Balgores from 2019-2020, handling the sale of our property. I was dealt with by Jordan and she was the most helpful estate agent I have dealt with. She was kind, helpful and dealt with all issues that we had. She was always very polite and I would recommend her to anyone that asks! Fantastic estate agent!
