Glenn is an excellent broker who has helped us so much from the beginning of the process until the very end. Even with Covid 19, he has ensured that we received the support we needed to secure our property. I will definitely ask for his service again once my fix-term has ended.

I'm still part the way through the process of buying a house, but I wanted to highlight the support that Peter has been giving me. Peter strikes a good balance of explaining possible options and suggesting the best one in his opinion, but also listening and taking advise from the client. As a concrete example, he recommended changing the mortgage type we originally agreed to (fix to tracker), since my financial situation changed. As it turns out this will have the extra benefit of cheaper interest due to base rate drop.

Glenn Hardie offered us professional advise and support during the entire process of buying our first property. Excellent service offered while our experience was smooth and less stressful than anticipated.

The Chelmsford branch carried out a very high number of viewings of our flat and when an initial buyer pulled out they quickly responded and found another buyer within a few days. Brad the manager was key in this though Ricky and others contributed.
What sets them apart though in my view is the service after you have found a buyer. Sarah Oakley who works in this support role was absolutely amazing in her knowledge, patience and tenacity. Transactions can be very slow and difficult without someone liaising between seller, buyer and both solicitors. Sarah did this throughout and had a hugely positive impact. I would think her efforts were also appreciated by the buyer.

Courtney shipp was very professional and welcoming to me shes also helped me with every single aspect of what i had to do as this is my first time renting and felt a bit lost but Courtney put me at ease and helped me with everything i need she is very good at her job.

Peter was extremely helpful in getting me set up and ready to get a mortgage as a first time buyer. As soon as I walked in and told him my earnings and such he had already calculated in his head how much I could borrow before even going through the computer, which gave me a great sense of this man knows what he's doing, but all in all extremely helpful in letting me know the process and getting me on the ladder. We have just completed our sale via Balgores Brentwood and Billy was excellent throughout the whole process. Always available to call / email if we had any queries etc and made the sale process seem fairly easy.

We also obtained our mortgage via Peter Walker who was an amazing help in getting us our new mortgage. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and certainly knows his stuff. He was easy to get hold of through the whole process (almost instantly emailing back always!) and was always attentive and mindful of our personal goal.

We're now in our new home and are very thankful for his and Claire's support. We've also taken out mortgage protection with Peter as it was the best available and again made very personal for us.

Amazing service from start to finish. I was a first time buyer and there was a chain involved. The process took longer than expected, however, They kept me in the loop with regular updates. I have to say Louise is an absolute angel! What a professional! She chased all parties up pretty much everyday. Kept me updates of all the progress on a daily basis and delivered within the time she said we would complete even when I thought it would be impossible. Post sales too they were very helpful. Once the property was sold, it was clearly not important for Balgores Upminster to contact us and let us know the viewing was cancelled.

Sold my house through Balgores Basildon Branch in record quick time. Daniel & Josh were very proactive as they already had an extensive list of buyers ready to purchase our property. The property was viewed by 5 of their clients and we received a reasonable offer which we accepted within 4 days of the property being put up for sale. Josh handled all of the viewings personally and was a great asset regarding the sale. Daniel handled all of the paperwork and made the whole process very easy regarding solicitors, conveyancing etc. The house went up for sale Mid December 2019 and completed 14th February 2020. I would strongly recommend Balgores for anyone looking to sell their property.

We have sold our property through Balgores Upminster. We do not live in the UK so we have had to rely on them to resolve a lot of practical issues on our behalf. They have been excellent throughout the process especially Kellee Newman who is something of a super hero!
