I would advise no one to use Balgores as they are useless, they do not complete their lettings management role and are only interested in collecting money but if you are a neighbour they provide no help or support. I have been living near Balgores tenants for several months and have had to complain every day about the ongoing noise nuisance they create and Balgores have done absolutely nothing about it and continue to allow it to occur unabated and they do not even answer requests for help or assistance they just leave it.

Within days he had viewing and within 10 days we had tenant
His correspondence with us was excellent any questions we had were addressed immediately we were very happy with the service he gave us

The service was really terrible. They force people to give personal information to the mortgage broker before viewing a property which is insane. Even when I told them I have my broker and MIP ready which I can show as a proof of affordability. They use Covid situation as a shield to get people data for marketing purpose which is disgusting. Besides, no privacy policy was sent before the 'financial adviser' call while they were asking for the most sensitive data and documents about my life. This is an obvious breach of GDPR and consumer rights which I am going to escalate it to the relevant authorities.
In addition, the mortgage broker was so rude and unprofessional. They cancelled my viewing because I refused to share my personal data. Imagine you have 10 viewings in a week and they force you to share around your private data with all of the estate agents involved. That is not the kind of world we want to live in. I have seen so many properties and never withness something like this before.

Ashton were fantastic, from start to finish, couldn’t have asked for more. We first met Sian when she came to value our property and she was instantly knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Then after we went on the market and sold, we met Frances. I don’t think we would have moved without her – she remained efficient, proactive, supportive and positive throughout and was simply amazing.
I am so happy we chose Ashton because they simply could not have been better.

I was selling my late mother's bungalow, and I had also recently suffered a stroke. This meant that my situation was heart-breaking, difficult and sensitive, but the Balgores team (particularly Michael Kazemi-Rashti and Joe Hayes) were thoughtful and kind throughout the process.
They were also professionalism itself: on the first day of viewing, I received a good cash offer from the first 'viewer' and, despite the delays caused by a probate system stretched to the limits by the COVID-19 pandemic, Balgores kept the buyer 'on side' throughout, ensuring we were both regularly updated and informed. They also went far beyond the call of duty, especially in the run-up to exchange and completion. 11 out of 10!

Pete did a great job of supporting us throughout our purchase. He was quick , efficient and always very responsive. Claire also did a great job and keeping things moving for us given we had a tight timeline. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others

Excellent service… again – This is why we keep using Peter and Claire !

We have been using Peter and Claire to arrange our mortgages for the past 10 years and they have always conducted themselves in a professional manner, helping us through, which is seen by many, as a very stressful time when arranging a mortgage. Pete has a vast knowledge of the mortgage market, and has on occasions helped us find deals that were not available on the internet comparison sites. Always a pleasure to deal with them both, Pete is always available to talk about any issues that we may have, and Claire is a great point of contact for dealing with the paperwork and for covering Pete when needed to make sure everything is in place for the customer at all times.
