Many thanks to all at Balgores Hayes at Ongar – for the first class service that we received from all of you & a special thanks to Billy for all his hard work in all the paperwork that he helped us complete

We had three agents value our property, but were attracted to Balgores by the professionalism displayed by Paul. From then onwards, the support and care received from Billy, right through to completion, confirmed that we had made the right decision.
Communication was excellent throughout and the information flow was was regular and clear and at the right time for the various stages of the process.
Thank you guys!

My experience will Billy at Balgores Ongar has been seamless throughout.
I’ve been very impressed with the communication and knowledge shown.

Great Service. Always been so helpful and prompt with queries. Special Thanks to Chris and Donna! The whole process has been great and I look forward to moving to our new home!

Sold my fyfield home through the Ongar branch and found all the staff 100% helpful and approachable for advice and support , would deff recommend them to anyone selling their home .
The only thing i would say i was'nt happy with was the solicitor they recommend , AVRillo were expensive and there literature was very miss leading on costs .

Allannah Buckroyd from Balgores Chelmsford was the 3rd agent we had to value our house and we didn’t hesitate to go with her , she said she would sell our house for us and she did ! Brad was also excellent and kept us informed throughout the whole process ! Thankyou to them both ! Would highly recommend.

Peter and Claire were excellent in helping us buy our first home! Made the whole experience feel so easy and stress free! Would 100% recommend. Thanks again Peter and Claire !

Outstanding service received from Nigel Wiles from start to finish. At the beginning we had alot of drawbacks but thanks to Nigel not giving up and his patience we managed to tackle those drawbacks and now be in a more positive situation. Mackenzie has been helpful throughout the process and moving things around efficency.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Allannah Buckroyd and the team at Balgores, Chelmsford, during what has been an unusual year for everyone. Allannah was reassuring and thoughtful throughout the uncertainties of 2020 and I am very happy to say we completed on our sale on time.

Balgores Upminster were excellent during the move process.
Kept the chain moving and kept everyone up to date with the issues.
Chris West & Donna Hickey covered our move and were excellent and strongly recommend them

Superb service from start to finish. Cannot praise Chris West at Upminster enough. Professional service but with the very important personal touch. Chris went out of his way to market, sell and see our sale through. Highly recommend 🙂

Me and my partner needed a quick purchase. We signed up to all the estate agents in the area and with every viewing and being consistently told we would find nothing within our budget in the area we wanted, we decided to walk in to all estate agents one Saturday. All we’re fails until we walked into Balgores Loughton and we’re introduced to Dillan Mack. Dillan instantly showed us a more than ideal house that same day and followed up with 2 more that week. We then settled for our dream place in the area we wanted with a viewing – completion start and end date of 60 days. We couldn’t have done it without Dillan. A young, thorough guy who gets you exactly what you want…A true professional! Thank you Dillan! Georgia & James.

Used the Upminster Branch to let out my property. Was helped by Mark and Chris, there service was brilliant and professional. My property was rented very quickly and promptly. Will definitely be using them again.

We had the pleasure of having Lucy franklin as our mortgage advisor. She is excellent at her job, very professional, she goes above and beyond to ensure that we had everything needed as a first time buyer.
She worked late hours to accommodate our needs because we work in the NHS and get home at silly o-clock. We would definitely recommend her expert, excellent and dedicated service. Also Thank you Mackenzie walker her assistant for her valued imput.

The Dagenham branch conducted a very efficient and professional service from start to finish. My house was empty so they handled all aspects of the process without my presence. The house was advertised on the 2nd Oct and a suitable buyer found in ten days. I exchanged contracts in eight weeks with completion due before Christmas. My thanks to Curtis (Branch Manager), Alfie, Bobby, Louise and Abbie for the seamless process. Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Mica.
she is super supportive in finding me our new house. She remembered me even after a year , contacted us and helped us to complete process.
Again thank you Mica and Balgores Basildon.

great estate agents good customer service.

Excellent service. Helped me to price my property appropriately, leading to lots of interest and a quick but fair sale price. Did everything they could to help with my search and understood throughout that buying and selling houses isn't just deals, its about people and creating a home.

We used Balgores to sell our late mother’s home. They were excellent. They kept us informed all the way through, were very pro-active with regard to getting viewings on the property and always answered any queries we had really quickly. They were also really good with regard to giving us feedback on our viewings. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Special thanks to Billy, Paul and Millie who were fantastic from start to finish.

Sold our house with Balgores Gravesend. They were very professional, always answered the phone and was more than happy to chase the buyers in the chain and solicitors in order to get the sale moving. I must have called a minimum once a day given the chain length and they were more than happy to help and let me know what was going on.

We have nothing but praise for the sales team particularly Niall who sold our house. Sarah has been excellent in chasing up estate agents and solicitors to move things forward for our move to Witham. We cannot thank the team enough and Daniel the Manager for all of their help and advice. Ann and Reg Goodship

Would certainly recommend the team at the Upminster office. Whilst more expensive than some other local companies they were professional and efficient throughout the process of selling my relations property. Was also impressed with the Donna in the sales progress team who was always on the ball.
Thanks on behalf of my relative.

Billy and paul were so professional. Helped me with every single inquiry. Big or small.nothing was too much trouble.always welcomed me into the office with a smile.laughter and chats.at the end of the phone even outside work hours if I needed them.this was the 1st time I have sold a house but I would most definitely be using them in the future. I also will be recommending them to all my friends.such a wonderful family run business.

I can highly recommend Mica at the Basildon Office. She has helped us find the perfect rental property. Mica has been extremely professional throughout the whole process, but also friendly and approachable at the same time. Nothing has been too much trouble for her, she is very experienced & knowledgeable and I've always felt that we are in safe hands. Excellent communication, very responsive and one step ahead all of the time. Overall I am extremely impressed and would have no hesitation in highly recommending Mica. *****
