I can’t thank Balgores enough. It’s been a smooth process from start to finish. From the moment of meeting Chris I was impressed with his professionalism and support. He spent a lot of time explaining the process to us which was really helpful and really felt that he went above and beyond. Any questions that I had were always followed up and I was never left waiting for a response, I was always left feeling reassured. Donna was a great help too and ensured things went smoothly. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again for peace of mind and fully have trusted in Balgores with no issues. Amazing service, very informative and professional.

I had a really positive experience with Balgores Upminster to sell my property recently.

My house was marketed at a fair price meaning that it sold very quickly, and not over inflated just to get me to sell with them meaning that it would sit on the market for ages. The process of getting viewers booked in was very easy and all staff that I dealt with were polite and professional. Chris was professional and approachable and felt that I was in safe hands.

The sale progressed as smoothly as it could with the help of Donna who I felt was always one step ahead and had already dealt with any queries before I asked them.

Overall despite being a stressful time I feel that Balgores helped make this a more positive experience for me and cannot fault them.

Jessica was outstanding at every stage of the process and made the whole transaction so simple. We were able to contact Jessica regularly throughout and she kindly helped us visit the property on numerous occasions in the lead up to completion.

Excellent service throughout, from start to finish could not fault them.
We dealt with Michael at the Brentwood branch and he kept us informed of all feedback from viewings.
Never let up in pushing our home even when it took a while to sell due to its location.
Once sold we relied on Michael rather than our solicitor to find out what was happening. Definitely recommend Balgores Brentwood

We are very pleased with the whole experience of selling our house and buying a bungalow through Balgores. This was our first move in 34 years and we were impressed with all their help and professionalism . Special mention to Chris and Donna and all the teams at Upminster and Hornchurch branches.

Very enthusiastic approach which sold us on using yourself, unfortunately we had a lot of buyers pull out which soured our experience but that is of no fault of Balgores themselves. Overall good experience.

Even one star is way too much! We have been left hanging to view the property and missed few other just to find out couple weeks later on website it was already rented out. Despite my husband’s calls, me registering with their agency and their promises to call us back about the property. They might be good, but in wasting people time nothing more. Glad we have had that experience with renting from this estate agency, at least we know we will definitely avoid them to buy our house.

I couldn't recommend Balgores more highly if I tried. We had one of the most long winded house transactions during COVID and Sarah Oakley and Allannah Buckroyd were the absolute dream team. They went above and beyond to push things through for us. The transaction would not have gone through if it was not for them.

Sarah had the patience of a saint and pulled out all the stops to help us while remaining calm, professional and incredibly helpful in an increasingly emotional and tricky situation. We can't thank her enough!

Allannah gets the job done! We felt completely confident that she would follow through on everything she promised and more. You want this lady on your team!
