Absolutely appalling customer Service do yourself a favour and avoid Ashton’s Estate Agent came to value my property turned up late no phone call to apologise and did not follow up my valuation in writing very disappointing service service definitely needs to improve !!!

Have been trying to evict Tennant 2 yrs £10,000 owed in rent finally get eviction date but no one from balgores will return my call so don't know if I'll be represented on eviction day, what a shambles.

Balgores Basildon provided an excellent service from start to finish.

We had a difficult two bedroom house to sale but Balgores constantly arranged viewings and always kept us informed on feedback from these viewings. I would like to specifically mention Josh who was excellent in keeping us informed through the viewing and the offer phase.

Once a sale was agreed, Sarah the sales Co-ordinator was absolutely fantastic. Constantly chasing and harrying all parties, on all sides of the completion chain. It was only due to Sarah's hard-work and professionalism that this matter completed by 30 June 2021, prior to the end of the advantageous stamp duty rates.

I had a really positive experience with Balgores Upminster to sell my property recently.

My house was marketed at a fair price meaning that it sold very quickly, and not over inflated just to get me to sell with them meaning that it would sit on the market for ages. The process of getting viewers booked in was very easy and all staff that I dealt with were polite and professional. Chris was professional and approachable and felt that I was in safe hands.

The sale progressed as smoothly as it could with the help of Donna who I felt was always one step ahead and had already dealt with any queries before I asked them.

Overall despite being a stressful time I feel that Balgores helped make this a more positive experience for me and cannot fault them.
