The team in Upminster – lead by Richard – have been brilliant from start to finish.
Communication is vital – and was excellent throughout the process! We were always kept fully updated without having to chase-up.
Further, everyone in the branch was always aware of the latest situation – there was never a case of being told person "A" was away and only they knew what was happening etc.
The same can be said for Donna in the Hornchurch office – who dealt with everything leading up to exchange and was equally helpful and communicative.
