The Balgores team in the South Woodham office are a credit to the company overall. After having sold our house through them, we unfortunately encountered a number of setbacks that although extremely stressful were handled professionally. The team are diligent and proactive, keeping all parties involved throughout. Whilst all the team including Paul, Marie and Amy were fabulous, a special shout-out has to go to Tom whose customer service and marketing skills are exceptional. If you are in any doubt as to which agent is best to buy or sell a property through, then in our opinion Balgores will not disappoint.

Joe at Balgores first class, great help got us a very good deal and got things pushed through in pretty quick time , certainly recommend.

Michael has provided an excellent service in helping us attain a mortgage, always keeping us up to date with our progress and informing us of everything you could need to know when purchasing a house.

Ben at Balgores Hayes is a gem of an agent. He is amazing at his job and was very informative. He is very patient and I would highly recommend him if you are looking forward to purchase or rent a house.

Haven’t not moved for 27 years we were nervous about the prospect of moving , but we shouldn’t of ever worried the staff were truly amazing and supportive and kept us informed at all times . Wouldn’t think twice of using them again . Exceptional Estate Agents .

An absolute joke of an estates agency and definitely the worst in Essex. I did not even want to give them one star, they should get minus five!! A total utter shambles from the top down. In particular Joe Hayes! An absolute joke of a person who only cares for his commission and not the clients buying the property. They will bully and rush you to complete, trust me you will do well to choose another agency. STAY WELL CLEAR OF BALGORES AND ESPECIALLY JOE HAYES!

We had frequent updates and always felt at ease during the different stages of the move, despite a number of unexpected situations occurring in the chain that no one could have prepared for. The Balgores team were always proactive to inform us of what was going on and also confirming next steps and action points, which was incredibly reassuring and welcomed. Absolutely brilliant! Their service was outstanding from start to finish! They kept us updated, regularly checked in to make sure the process was going as we hoped, chased solicitors (sometimes hourly), answered our many questions… the list goes on – nothing was too much trouble. AND it was done during a pandemic so everything was that much harder to coordinate. They were on hand (and have been after completion) with helpful advice and truly made what could have been a difficult move, a walk in the park. Thank you to Paul and the team – in particular Marie, Amy, Tom and Lou. They were a total pleasure to deal with and would recommend them 100 times over. Thank you 🙂

With Balgores help, we were able to put our property on the market and it quickly it sold without any issue. I can’t fault anyone on the team as they were all incredibly helpful with any queries I wouldthrow at themn.

Not only that but the mortgage advisors Michael Gibbon and Mackensie Walkers were incredible and I would highly recommend using them as not only were we underestimating how much money we could borrow but we were able to calculate all the expenses which would come from this move and designate the necessary finances.

When we were looking to sell we invited a number of agents round and Paul really stood out by providing really good and honest advice.

Viewing was conducted seamlessly and once we had agreed a sale, Billy was an absolute superstar at co-ordinating and chasing down solicitors, other buyers within the chain etc. and really helped get what became quite a complicated sale through to exchange and completion in the timescale that we wanted.

They definitely helped remove some of the pain of a house move and I absolutely recommend them. If we were to move again, I definitely use them again.

Such a pathic and unprofessional estate agents, booked viewing for 1 bedroom flt on
17 January and they said viewing only available on 29th January after two weeks, i said fair enough i can wait as area was suitable for me. They cancelled viewing one day before by excuse that sitting tenant is not available for viewing, i said fair enough and called again to rebook viewing, requested early viewing but again they said they can only show property on 5th feb as tenant is not leaving before, i been reassured that i ill be the first person who is gonna view the property as i was waiting for almost for 3 weeks, after waiting another week they cancelled viewing on last min by saying property has been let as someone viewed it and put deposit down, i was shocked how comes someone viewed property when tenant was inside as they said earlier week, or even there was viewing before why they haven’t offered me viewing…. I found this all to be dodgy , they wasted my 3 weeks and i have only 2 days notice left now on my current property, i would advise everyone to avoid them any cost, if you want to be homeless and hang around then you are free to choose them
